This European Standard specifies requirements for joints made under field conditions between adjacent preinsulated pipes and/or fittings in district heating networks. The specified general requirements are also valid for field-made T branches, bends, reducers, caps, etc.
This European Standard covers jointing of steel service pipes by means of fusion welding, the connecting of casing ends with joint casings and the thermal insulation with poured rigid PUR foam or prefabricated PUR-foam insulation.
This European Standard specifies methods for type tests of complete joints and PUR-foam for joints under laboratory conditions.
The requirements of this European Standard can also be applied to casing pipe weldings/connections of on site made fittings.
The requirements of this European Standard aim to obtain a technical life of the joints of at least 30 years.
Fernwärmerohre - Werkmäßig gedämmte Verbundmantelrohrsysteme für direkt erdverlegte Fernwärmenetze - Rohrverbindungen für Stahlmediumrohre mit Polyurethan-Wärmedämmung und Außenmantel aus Polyethylen
Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an Mantelrohrverbindungen fest, die unter Baustellenbedingungen zwi¬schen angrenzenden, werkmäßig vorgedämmten Rohren und/oder Formstücken in Fernwärmenetzen hergestellt werden. Die festgelegten allgemeinen Anforderungen gelten auch für auf der Baustelle hergestellte Montageteile wie z. B. T Stücke, Bögen, Reduzierstücke, Endkappen usw.
Die Norm behandelt die Verbindung von Stahlmediumrohren durch Schmelzschweißen, die Verbindung der Mantelrohrenden mithilfe von Muffensystemen und die Dämmung des Muffenhohlraumes durch ausschäumen mit PUR Hartschaumstoff vor Ort oder mittels vorgefertigten PUR Hartschaumstoffelementen.
Diese Norm legt Verfahren für Typprüfungen von vollständigen Mantelrohrverbindungen bzw. Muffensystemen und PUR Hartschaumstoff für Mantelrohrverbindungen unter Laborbedingungen fest.
Die Anforderungen dieser Norm können auch auf die PE Schweißung und Mantelrohrverbindungen mit vor Ort hergestellten PE Formstücken angewendet werden.
Die Anforderungen dieser Norm zielen darauf ab, für Mantelrohrverbindungen eine technische Lebensdauer von min¬destens 30 Jahren zu erlangen.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions s’appliquant aux assemblages de tuyaux préisolés
adjacents et/ou de raccords d’un réseau de chauffage urbain réalisés sur chantier. Les prescriptions
générales spécifiées sont également valables pour les tés, coudes, réductions, bouchons, etc., fabriqués sur
chantier.
La présente Norme européenne porte sur l’assemblage des tubes de service en acier par soudage par fusion,
le raccordement des extrémités de tubes de protection à l’aide de protections d’assemblage et l’isolation
thermique à l’aide de mousse rigide de polyuréthane (coulée ou préfabriquée).
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les méthodes pour les essais de type en laboratoire des
assemblages complets et de la mousse PUR pour assemblages.
Les prescriptions de la présente Norme européenne peuvent également s’appliquer aux soudures/connexions
des tubes de protection sur des raccords fabriqués sur chantier.
Les prescriptions de la présente Norme européenne visent à assurer une durée de vie technique des
assemblages au moins égale à 30 ans.
