Steel wire and wire products - Organic coatings on steel wire - Part 1: General rules

This European Standard specifies the requirements for the characteristics and testing methods for organic coatings made of organic coating material suitable for the application on to steel wire and wire products of circular or other sections.
Other organic materials which are applied intentionally or otherwise such as oils, greases, waxes and temporary finishes which do not become integral or a permanent part of the finished wire product are excluded from this standard
This European Standard is divided in a number of parts, with Part 1 covering the requirements of a general nature and applies to organic coatings and coating material for which no specific requirements have been established in the subsequent parts of prEN 10245.

Stahldraht und Drahterzeugnisse - Organische Beschichtungen auf Stahldraht - Teil 1: Allgemeine Regeln

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften und die Prüfverfahren von organischen Beschichtungen aus organischen Beschichtungsstoffen auf Stahldraht und Drahterzeugnissen mit rundem oder anderem Querschnitt fest.
Andere absichtlich oder unabsichtlich aufgebrachten organischen Beschichtungsstoffe, wie Öle, Fette, Wachse und temporäre Oberflächenausführungen, die keinen dauerhaften, integralen Teil des beschichteten Drahterzeugnisses bilden, sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Norm.
Diese Europäische Norm besteht aus mehreren Teilen, von denen Teil 1 die Anforderungen allgemeiner Art erfasst und für organische Beschichtungen und Beschichtungsstoffe gilt, für die in den nachfolgenden Teilen von EN 10245 keine besonderen Anforderungen festgelegt sind.

Fils et produits tréfilés en acier - Revêtements organiques sur fils d'acier - Partie 1: Principes généraux

Cette norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions en matière de caractéristiques et les méthodes d'essai applicables aux revêtements en matériaux organiques adaptés à l'application sur des fils et produits tréfilés en acier de section circulaire ou autre.
D'autres matériaux organiques appliqués de façon intentionnelle ou non, telles que huiles, graisses, cires, finitions temporaires, ne relèvent pas de la présente norme car ils ne font pas partie intégrante du produit tréfilé fini ou ils n’en font pas partie de manière définitive.
Cette norme européenne se compose de plusieurs parties ; la partie 1 couvre les prescriptions de caractère général et s'applique aux revêtements organiques et aux matériaux de revêtement pour lesquels aucune prescription spécifique n'a été établie dans les autres parties de l'EN 10245.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za karakteristike in preskusne metode za organske prevleke, narejene iz organskega materiala, primernega za nanos na jekleno žico in žične izdelke krožnih ali drugačnih prerezov. Ta standard ne vključuje drugih organskih materialov, nanesenih namenoma ali kako drugače, kot so olja, maziva, voski in začasne apreture, ki ne postanejo integralni ali stalni del končnega žičnega izdelka.
