NEW! IEC 61000-4-30:2015 is available as IEC Standards+ 61000-4-30:2015 which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition. IEC 61000-4-30:201 5 defines the methods for measurement and interpretation of results for power quality parameters in a.c. power supply systems with a declared fundamental frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Measurement methods are described for each relevant parameter in terms that give reliable and repeatable results, regardless of the method's implementation. This standard addresses measurement methods for in-situ measurements. Measurement of parameters covered by this standard is limited to conducted phenomena in power systems. The power quality parameters considered in this standard are power frequency, magnitude of the supply voltage, flicker, supply voltage dips and swells, voltage interruptions, transient voltages, supply voltage unbalance, voltage harmonics and interharmonics, mains signalling on the supply voltage, rapid voltage changes, and current measurements. Emissions in the 2 kHz to 150 kHz range are considered in Annex C (informative), and over- and underdeviations are considered in Annex D (informative). Depending on the purpose of the measurement, all or a subset of the phenomena on this list may be measured. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2008. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - the measurement method for current, previously informative, is now normative with some changes; - the measurement method for RVC (rapid voltage change) has been added; - the measurement method for conducted emissions in the 2 kHz to 150 kHz range has been added in informative Annex C; - underdeviation and overdeviation parameters are moved to informative Annex D; - Class A and Class S measurement methods are defined and clarified, while Class B is moved to informative Annex E and considered for future removal; - measurement methods continue in this standard, but responsibility for influence quantities, performance, and test procedures are transferred to IEC 62586-2.

Les paramètres de qualité de l'alimentation pris en compte dans la présente norme sont la fréquence industrielle, l'amplitude de la tension d'alimentation, le papillotement ("flicker"), les creux et les surtensions temporaires d'alimentation, les coupures de tension, les tensions transitoires, le déséquilibre de tension d'alimentation, les harmoniques et interharmoniques de tension, les signaux transmis sur la tension d'alimentation, les variations rapides de tension et les mesurages de courant. Les émissions dans la plage comprise entre 2 kHz et 150 kHz sont prises en compte dans l'Annexe C (informative), et les valeurs hautes et valeurs basses sont prises en compte dans l'Annexe D (informative). En fonction de l'objet du mesurage, les mesurages peuvent porter soit sur une partie des phénomènes de cette liste, soit sur l'ensemble. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la deuxième édition, parue en 2008. Cetteédition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: - la méthode de mesure du courant, précédemment informative, est désormais normative et comporte quelques modifications; - la méthode de mesure de RVC (rapid voltage change - variations rapides de tension) a été ajoutée; - la méthode de mesure des émissions conduites dans la plage de 2 kHz à 150 kHz a été ajoutée dans l'Annexe informative C; - les paramètres de valeur basse et de valeur haute ont été déplacés dans l'Annexe informative D; - les méthodes de mesure de Classe A et de Classe S sont définies et clarifiées, tandis que la Classe B a été déplacée dans l'Annexe informative E en vue d'un retrait ultérieur; - les méthodes de mesure se poursuivent dans la présente Norme, mais les responsabilités pour les grandeurs d'influence, les performances et les procédures d'essai ont été transférées dans l'IEC 62586-2.

Ta del standarda IEC 61000-4 določa metode za merjenje in interpretacijo rezultatov za parametre kakovosti napetosti v napajalnih sistemih z izmeničnim tokom in deklarirano osnovno napetostjo 50/60 Hz.
Za vsak ustrezen parameter so opisane merilne metode, ki zagotavljajo zanesljive in ponovljive rezultate ne glede na uvedbo posamezne metode. Ta standard obravnava merilne metode za meritve na mestu uporabe.
Meritve parametrov, ki jih zajema ta standard, so omejene na vodene pojave v napajalnih sistemih. Parametri kakovosti napetosti, obravnavani v tem standardu, so omrežna frekvenca, magnituda napajalne napetosti, nihanja, napetostni upadi in udari, motnje napetosti, prehodne napetosti, neravnovesje napajalne napetosti, napetostni harmoniki in medharmoniki, napetostni signali v omrežju, nenadne spremembe napetosti in meritve toka. Emisije v razponu 2–150 kHz so obravnavane v dodatku C (informativne vrednosti), odkloni navzgor in navzdol pa so obravnavani v dodatku D (informativne vrednosti). Odvisno od namena meritev se lahko izmerijo vrednosti vseh pojavov ali izbranega podnabora pojavov na tem seznamu.
OPOMBA 1: Preskusne metode za preverjanje skladnosti s tem standardom so navedene v standardu IEC 62586-2.
OPOMBA 2: Učinki pretvornikov, nameščenih med napajalni sistem in instrument, so v tem standardu upoštevani,
vendar niso podrobno obravnavani. Smernice glede učinkov pretvornikov so navedene v standardu IEC TR 61869-103.
