Open Data Communication in Building Automation, Controls and Building Management - Control Network Protocol - Part 6: Application elements

This European Standard provides mechanisms through which various vendors of building automation, control, and building management systems may exchange information in a standardized way.
This document provides specifications for the Application Elements of Control Network Protocol packets as follows:
-   definitions of standardized packet (network-variable) data types;
-   definitions of device-interface files;
-   definitions of standardized configuration-property types;
-   definitions of standardized enumeration types;
-   definitions of standardized functional profiles;
-   definition of the standardized method of file transfer between devices.
The purpose of this specification is to ensure interoperability between various CNP implementations. This document contains all the information necessary to read and interpret the format of data and control information that is used by EN 14908-5. It also defines the device interface for a device as specified, which is necessary to exchange data between various devices from different manufacturers.

Ce document fournit des mécanismes par lesquels divers vendeurs de systèmes d'automatisation, de contrôle et de gestion des bâtiments peuvent échanger des informations de manière standardisée.
Ce document fournit des spécifications pour les éléments d'application des paquets du protocole de réseau de contrôle comme suit :
—   les définitions des types de données normalisées des paquets (variables de réseau) ;
—   les définitions des fichiers d'interface de périphérique ;
—   les définitions des types de propriétés de configuration normalisées ;
—   les définitions des types d'énumération normalisés ;
—   les définitions des profils fonctionnels normalisés ;
—   définition de la méthode normalisée de transfert de fichiers entre appareils.
L'objectif de ce document est d'assurer l'interopérabilité entre les différentes implémentations du CNP. Ce document contient toutes les informations nécessaires pour lire et interpréter le format des données et des informations de contrôle qui est utilisé par la norme EN 14908-5. Il définit également l'interface d'un dispositif tel que spécifié, qui est nécessaire pour échanger des données entre divers dispositifs de différents fabricants.
