Prepare standards for the collection and transport of wastewater outside buildings to an outfall. These standards include functional requirements, performance requirements, planning, design, construction, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance. Standards for structural calculation and installation of buried pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, use of treated wastewater, techniques used for rehabilitation and product specifications are excluded.
