Management and control of operational activities in drain and sewer systems outside buildings - Part 2: Rehabilitation

This European Standard establishes the general principles for the management and control of operational activities in drain and sewer systems outside buildings and specifies requirements for development and implementation of work programmes, and the selection of techniques.
This part covers the management and control of rehabilitation activities.
It is applicable to drain and sewer systems, which operate essentially under gravity, from the point where wastewater leaves a building, roof drainage system, or paved area, to the point where it is discharged into a treatment works or receiving water. Drains and sewers below buildings are included provided that they do not form part of the drainage system of the building.

Management und Überwachung von betrieblichen Maßnahmen in Abwasserleitungen und -kanälen - Teil 2: Sanierung

Diese Europäische Norm stellt die allgemeinen Verfahren zu Management und Überwachung von betrieblichen Maßnahmen in Entwässerungssystemen außerhalb von Gebäuden auf und legt Anforderungen an die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsprogrammen und die Auswahl von Techniken fest.
Dieser Teil behandelt das Management und die Überwachung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen.
Er gilt für Entwässerungssysteme außerhalb von Gebäuden, die hauptsächlich als Freispiegelleitungen betrieben werden, und zwar ab der Stelle, an der das Abwasser ein Gebäude, eine Dachentwässerung oder eine befestigte Fläche verlässt, bis zu dem Punkt, an dem es in eine Behandlungsanlage oder einen Vorfluter eingeleitet wird. Abwasserleitungen und –kanäle unterhalb von Gebäuden sind hierbei eingeschlossen, solange sie nicht Bestandteil der Gebäudeentwässerung sind.

La présente Norme européenne établit les principes généraux relatifs à la gestion et au contrôle des opérations d’exploitation dans les réseaux d’évacuation et d’assainissement à l’extérieur des bâtiments et spécifie les exigences relatives au développement et à la mise en oeuvre de programmes de travail, ainsi qu’au choix des techniques.
La présente partie traite de la gestion et du contrôle des activités de réhabilitation.
Elle est applicable aux réseaux d’évacuation et d’assainissement, principalement les réseaux gravitaires, à partir du point où les eaux usées quittent un bâtiment, un système d’évacuation de toiture ou une surface revêtue, jusqu’au point où elles se déversent dans une station d’épuration ou dans un milieu récepteur aquatique. Les branchements et collecteurs situés sous les bâtiments sont inclus à condition qu’ils ne fassent pas partie du réseau d’évacuation du bâtiment.

Ta evropski standard določa splošna načela za upravljanje in nadzor nad operativnimi dejavnostmi v odvodnih in odpadnih kanalih zunaj stavb ter določa zahteve za razvoj in izvajanje delovnih programov ter izbiro tehničnih pristopov. Ta del zajema upravljanje in nadzor sanacijskih del. Velja za drenažne in kanalizacijske sisteme, ki delujejo zlasti s pomočjo gravitacije, od točke, kjer odpadne vode zapustijo stavbo, strešni drenažni sistem ali tlakovano območje, do točke, kjer se izlivajo v čistilne naprave ali sprejemajoče vodno telo. Zajeti so tudi drenažni in kanalizacijski sistemi, ki ne tvorijo dela drenažnega sistema stavbe.
