ISO 6362-7:2014 specifies the chemical composition of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys. The chemical composition limits of aluminium and aluminium alloys specified herein are completely identical with those registered with the Aluminium Association (known as the "Teal Sheets"), for the corresponding alloys.

ISO 6362-2:2014 specifies the mechanical properties of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded rods/bars, tubes, and profiles for general engineering applications. It applies to extruded products.

ISO 6361-3:2014 specifies the tolerances on shape and dimensions for wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy strip by cold-rolling for general engineering applications. It applies to products with thickness of over 0,15 mm up to, and including 16 mm. It does not apply to semi-finished rolled products in coiled form to be subjected to further rolling (reroll stock), or to special products such as those that are corrugated or embossed. Technical conditions for inspection and delivery of products covered by ISO 6361-3:2014 are specified in ISO 6361‑1.

ISO 6361-4:2014 specifies the tolerances on shape and dimensions for wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy sheet and plate by hot-rolling or cold-rolling for general engineering applications. It applies to products with a thickness over 0,15 mm up to and including 203 mm. It does not apply to semi-finished rolled products in coiled form to be subjected to further rolling (reroll stock) or to special products, such as those that are corrugated or embossed. Technical conditions for inspection and delivery of products covered by ISO 6361-4:2014 are specified in ISO 6361‑1.

In conjunction with ISO 6361-1, ISO 6361-2:2014 specifies the mechanical properties of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy sheets, strips, and plates for general engineering applications. It applies to flat-rolled products.

ISO 6363-3:2012 specifies tolerances on form and dimensions for wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy drawn round bars and wires having diameters in the range of from 1 mm to 100 mm inclusive. The tolerances on diameter specified in ISO 6363-3:2012 are symmetric plus and minus tolerances.

This part of ISO 6363 specifies the tolerances on form and dimensions of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy drawn round tubes (seamless and porthole). This part of ISO 6363 applies to cold-drawn round tubes.

This part of ISO 6363 specifies the tolerances on form and dimensions of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy drawn rectangular bars and wires with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm up to and including 60 mm and widths up to and including 200 mm. For wires, this part of ISO 6363 does not apply to electrical, welding and aeronautical purposes. For drawn bars, 5.1 to 5.4 apply, and only 5.1 applies to drawn wires.

This part of ISO 6363 specifies the mechanical properties of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy rods/bars, tubes and wires for general engineering applications (except aeronautical rivets). It applies to products which are extruded and then cold drawn. It does not apply to: — products which are rolled and then cold drawn, including seam-welded tubes; — forging stock, wire for drawing stock; — drawn wires for aeronautical application, electrical or welding purposes.

This part of ISO 6363 specifies the technical conditions for the inspection and delivery of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys rods/bars, tubes and wires for general engineering applications. It applies to products which are extruded and then cold drawn. It does not apply to: — products which are rolled and then cold drawn, including seam-welded tubes; — forging stock, wire for drawing stock; — drawn wires for aeronautical application, electrical or welding purposes.

ISO 6363-5:2012 specifies the tolerances on form and dimensions of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy drawn square and hexagonal bars and wires with widths across flats up to and including 100 mm.

This part of ISO 6362 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and shape of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded round bars having diameters in the range from 8 mm up to 350 mm; and square and hexagonal bars having widths across flats in the range from 10 mm up to 220 mm. It applies to extruded round, square and hexagonal bars.

This part of ISO 6362 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and shape of the following: — wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded round bars, having diameters in the range from 8 mm up to 350 mm; — wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded square and hexagonal bars, having widths across flats in the range from 10 mm up to 220 mm. It applies to extruded round, square and hexagonal bars.

This part of ISO 6362 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and shape of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded profiles with a cross-section contained within a circumscribing circle not greater than 800 mm. This part of ISO 6362 applies to extruded profiles for general engineering applications only.

This part of ISO 6362 specifies the technical conditions for inspection and delivery of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy rods/bars, tubes and profiles for general engineering applications. It applies to extruded products, but does not apply to the following: — forging stock; — extruded precision profiles in alloys A6060 and A6063; — products delivered in coils; — coiled tubes cut to lengths.

This part of ISO 6362 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and shape of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy extruded rectangular bars, having thicknesses in the range from 2 mm up to 240 mm and widths in the range from 10 mm up to 600 mm. It applies to extruded rectangular bars.

ISO 6361-5:2011 specifies the chemical composition of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys.

ISO 6361-1:2011 specifies the technical conditions for inspection and delivery of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy sheets, strips and plates for general engineering applications. It applies to flat-rolled products with a thickness over 0,15 mm up to and including 400 mm. It does not directly apply to semi-finished rolled products in coiled form to be subjected to further rolling (reroll stock) or to special applications, such as aerospace, can stock, fin stock, etc.

ISO 7271:2011 specifies dimensional tolerances for aluminium and aluminium alloy foil and thin strip for general purposes.

ISO 209:2007 specifies the designations indicating the chemical composition of aluminium and aluminium alloys.

It applies to flat-rolled products. The chemical composition of these materials is given in ISO 6361-5. The designations of aluminium and aluminium alloys and the temper designations used in ISO 6361-2:2011 are in accordance with ISO 2107.

It applies to products with a thickness over 0,15 mm up to and including 16 mm. It does not apply to semi-finished rolled products in coiled form to be subjected to further rolling (reroll stock) or to special products such as those that are corrugated or embossed. Technical conditions for inspection and delivery of products covered by ISO 6361-3:2011 are specified in ISO 6361-1.

The following properties are specified: dimensions, tensile strength, 0,2 % proof stress, elongation. Does not apply to electrical conductors. The designations of aluminium and aluminium alloys and the temper designations are in accordance with ISO 2092, ISO 2107 and annex B respectively.

Specifies the tolerances on form (straightness, twist) and dimensions (on width across flats, on fixed-length bars) of bars with width across flats up to and including 80 mm.

Specifies tolerances for bars with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm up to 40 mm and widths up to 200 mm. The ratio of the largest section to the smallest one is up to 10 (see ISO 3134-3).

The mechanical properties apply to extruded products for general engineering applications. This part of ISO 6362 gives in the tables 1 to 16 the tensile strength, 0,2 % proof stress, elongation to various product forms.

The mechanical properties apply to flat rolled products for general engineering applications. This part of ISO 6361 gives in the tables 1 to 20 the tensile strength, 0,2 % proof stress, percentage elongation after rupture to various materials of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy.

Specifies definitions and chemical composition. Gives rules for rounding for determination of compliance (annex A) and guide for ISO designations (annex B).

Aluminium and aluminium alloys are allocated in families according to the form of products: rolled products, extruded products, drawn products and wires. The mechanical properties and/or dimensional and form tolerances are specified in other International Standards.

This part of ISO 6365 applies to products for general engineering applications. It does not apply to electrical wire. ISO 6365 will be consist of four parts. This part specifies for instance requirements to manufacturing process and quality control, the chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface finish, dimension and form tolerances, conformity with standards, marking, packing and methods of tests, retests, arbitration tests.

This part of ISO 6363 applies to products for general engineering applications which are extruded and then cold-drawn. It does not apply to products which are rolled and then cold-drawn, including seam-welded tubes.

This part of ISO 6362 specifies among other things the tolerances on cross-sectional dimensions, on lengths, on the permissible contour and angular, twist, flatness tolerances. The tolerances apply to extruded profiles with cross-sectional dimensions given by a circumscribing circle not greater than 600 mm. This part does not apply to rolled and drawn profiles and profiles made from sheet by roll forming, extruded or drawn tube and extruded or drawn rod and bar.

This part of ISO 6361 specifies the tolerances on thickness, width, length, lateral curvature, flatness and squareness for sheet, according to the definition in ISO 3134-3.

The conditions apply to flat rolled products for general engineering applications. This part of ISO 6361 specifies among other things requirements to manufacturing process, quality control, chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface finish, dimensional tolerances, conformity with standards, marking, packing and methods of tests, retests, arbitration tests.

The conditions apply to extruded products for general engineering applications. This part of ISO 6362 specifies among other things requirements to manufacturing process, quality control, chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface finish, dimensional tolerances, conformity with standards, marking, packing and methods of tests, retests, arbitration tests.

This part of ISO 6361 specifies to strips for thicknesses up to and including 6,3 mm in accordance with the definition in ISO 3134-3, tolerances on thickness, width and lateral curvature.

ISO 7271 specifies thickness tolerances and width tolerances for foils and thin strips, shipped in rolls, for general purposes. It is applicable firstly to double-rolled foil, with one side matt and the other bright, and of thicknesses in the range 6 m to 50 m inclusive and secondly to single-rolled foil and thin strip, with both sides the same, and of thicknesses in the range 21 m to 200 m.

The tolerances apply to drawn round bars having diameters in the range from 1 to 65 mm inclusive. Tolerances on diameter are given in table 1, tolerances on fixed lengths are given in table 2. Moreover, circularity and straightness are specified.

The tolerances apply to drawn round bars having diameters in the range from 1 up to and including 65 mm. The tolerances on diameter are all minus tolerances. Tolerances on diameter and permissible circularity are given in table 1, tolerances on fixed lengths are given in table 2. The straightness is also specified.

Specifies location, size and number of specimens, identification and preparation of specimens and test pieces, and machining of test pieces. Test pieces used for tensile test can be: rolled flat products, solid products with a given section, tubes, forgings and other semi-finished products. Test pieces used for bend test are sheet and strip.
