Cookware - Domestic cookware for use on top of a stove, cooker or hob - Part 2: General requirements for ceramic cookware and glass lid

This document specifies safety and performance requirements of domestic ceramic and glass ceramic cookware for use on top of a stove, cooker or hob.
This document envisages that oven top applications for ceramic utensils involve all or specific parts of the cooking operation, for example, the browning of meat, where the remainder of the cooking can be completed in an oven or on top of the stove.
NOTE   Requirements for suitability for use with induction hobs are in the process of being compiled.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an Sicherheit und Funktion von Haushaltskochgeschirren aus Keramik und Glaskeramik fest, die auf einem Herd oder Kochfeld verwendbar sind.
Dieses Dokument sieht vor, dass die Verwendung von Keramikgeschirr auf der Herdplatte den gesamten Garvorgang oder bestimmte Teile umfasst, z. B. das Anbraten von Fleisch, wobei der Garvorgang in einem Backofen oder auf dem Herd vollendet werden kann.
ANMERKUNG   Anforderungen an die Eignung für den Einsatz von Induktionskochfeldern werden derzeit erstellt.

Le présent document spécifie les prescriptions de sécurité et de performance des articles culinaires à usage domestique en céramique et en vitrocéramique destinés à être utilisés pour cuisinière ou plaque de cuisson.
Le présent document suppose que les applications sur le feu pour les articles culinaires en céramique concernent la totalité ou des parties spécifiques de l'opération de cuisson, par exemple le brunissage de la viande, la finalisation de la cuisson peut être effectué dans un four ou sur une cuisinière.
NOTE   Les prescriptions relatives à l’aptitude à l’emploi des plaques de cuisson à induction sont en cours de compilation.

Posoda za kuhanje - Posoda za domačo uporabo v pečici, na štedilniku ali kuhalni plošči - 2. del: Splošne zahteve za keramično posodo in steklene pokrove

Ta dokument določa zahteve v zvezi z varnostjo in učinkovitostjo keramičnih in steklokeramičnih kuhinjskih posod za domačo uporabo, ki se uporabljajo na štedilniku, kuhalni plošči ali kuhalniku.  
Dokument predvideva, da uporaba keramičnih kuhinjskih pripomočkov na štedilniku vključuje celoten ali posamezen postopek kuhanja, na primer pečenje mesa, kjer se preostali del kuhanja lahko končna v pečici ali na štedilniku.
