ISO 16119-3:2013 specifies requirements and the means for their verification for the design and performance of sprayers for bush, tree and similar crops, as defined in 3.1, with regard to minimizing the potential risk of environmental contamination during use, including misuse foreseeable by the manufacturer.It is not applicable to human-mounted sprayers for bushes or trees.
It is intended to be used with ISO 16119-1, which gives general requirements common to all the sprayer types covered by ISO 16119. It does not cover safety aspects (see ISO 4254-6).
ISO 16119-3:2013 is not applicable to sprayers manufactured before the date of its publication.

Dieser Teil von ISO 16119 legt Anforderungen und Verfahren zur Überprüfung für die Konstruktion und das Leistungsvermögen von Raumkulturgeräten, wie unter 3.1 definiert, hinsichtlich der Minimierung von Risiken von Verunreinigungen der Umwelt während der Verwendung, einschließlich einer vom Hersteller vorhersehbaren Fehlanwendung, fest.
Dieser Teil gilt nicht für von einer Bedienungsperson getragene Geräte für Busch- oder Baumkulturen.
Dieser Teil ist in Verbindung mit der Norm ISO 16119-1 anzuwenden, die allgemeine Anforderungen an alle Bauarten von Pflanzenschutzgeräten, die von ISO 16119 erfasst werden, beschreibt. L'ISO 16119-3:2013 spécifie les exigences et les méthodes de vérification correspondantes pour la conception et les performances des pulvérisateurs pour arbustes et arboriculture et similaires, avec l'objectif de réduire les risques de contamination de l'environnement durant leur utilisation, y compris lors d'une mauvaise utilisation raisonnablement prévisible par le fabricant.
Elle n'est pas applicable aux pulvérisateurs pour arbustes et arboriculture portés par l'opérateur.
Elle est prévue pour être utilisée conjointement avec l'ISO 16119‑1, qui donne les exigences générales applicables à tous les types de pulvérisateurs couverts par l'ISO 16119. Lorsque les exigences de l'ISO 16119-3:2013 diffèrent de celles énoncées dans l'ISO 16119‑1, les exigences de l'ISO 16119-3:2013 prennent le pas sur celles de l'ISO 16119‑1 pour les machines faisant partie du domaine d'application de l'ISO 16119-3:2013. Ta del standarda ISO 16119 opredeljuje zahteve in načine za njihovo preverjanje glede projektiranja in lastnosti škropilnic za grmovnice in drevesa, kot je opredeljeno v točki 3.1, in podobne sadeže, pri čemer si je treba prizadevati za čim manjše tveganje okoljskega onesnaženja med uporabo, vključno s predvideno nepravilno uporabo. Standard se ne uporablja za nahrbtne škropilnice za grmovnice ali drevesa. This document (EN ISO 16119-3:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 144 “Tractors
and machinery for agriculture and forestry", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR, in collaboration with
Technical Committee ISO/TC 23 "Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry".
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by September 2013.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
