Building valves - Frost resistant taps for outdoor use (FRT) - General technical specification

This document specifies:
- general construction, performance and material requirements for Frost Resistant Taps for outdoor use (FRT), PN 10.
- the application in the potable water installation with a static pressure of maximum 1,0 MPa (10 bar) and a distribution temperature of maximum 25 °C (PWC).
FRT valves shall consist of the 3 areas shown in Figure 1.
The conditions of use are according to the following Table 1.
The requirements with regard to the potable water quality are specified in national regulations.

Dieses Dokument legt Folgendes fest:
   allgemeine Konstruktions-, Betriebs- und Materialanforderungen für frostbeständige Armaturen für den Außenbereich (FRT, en: Frost Resistant Taps for outdoor use), PN 10.
   Die Anwendung in der Trinkwasser-Installation mit einem statischen Druck von maximal 1,0 MPa (10 bar) und einer Trinkwassertemperatur von maximal 25 °C (PWC).
FRT-Ventile müssen aus den 3 Bereichen bestehen, die in Bild 1 dargestellt sind.
Die Einsatzbedingungen sind in der folgenden Tabelle 1 aufgeführt.

Le présent document spécifie :
 les exigences générales relatives à la conception, à la performance et aux matériaux pour les robinets
résistant au gel pour une utilisation en extérieur (FRT), PN 10.
 l’application dans l’installation d’eau potable avec une pression statique de 1,0 MPa (10 bar)
maximum et une température de distribution de 25 °C (EPF) maximum.
Les robinets FRT doivent comprendre les trois zones indiquées à la Figure 1.
Les conditions d’utilisation sont conformes au Tableau 1 suivant.

Les exigences applicables à la qualité de l’eau potable sont spécifiées dans les réglementations nationales.
