Tanks for transport of dangerous goods - Service equipment for tanks - Vapour collection adaptor and coupler

This European Standard covers the vapour collection adaptor and coupler used to achieve a vapour tight path between the transport tank and the stationary loading and unloading facilities.
This European Standard specifies the performance requirements and the critical dimensions of the vapour recovery adaptor fitted to the tank and the mating coupler fitted to a hose or to pipework connected to the stationary loading and unloading facilities. It also specifies the tests necessary to verify the compliance of the equipment with this standard. The equipment specified by this European Standard is suitable for use with liquid petroleum products and other dangerous substances of Class 3 of ADR [2] which have a vapour pressure not exceeding 110 kPa, at 50 °C and petrol, and which have no sub-classification as toxic or corrosive.

Diese Europäische Norm behandelt Ausrüstungen, die verwendet werden, um eine gasdichte Verbindung
zwischen dem Transporttank und den stationären Befüll- und Entladeeinrichtungen herzustellen.
In dieser Europäischen Norm sind die Leistungsanforderungen und die wesentlichen Maße der VKGKupplung
am Transporttank und der MKG-Kupplung am Rohrleitungssystem der stationären Befüll- und
Entladeeinrichtungen festgelegt. Weiterhin sind die Prüfungen festgelegt, mit denen nachgewiesen werden
kann, ob die Ausrüstung den Anforderungen dieser Norm entspricht. Die in dieser Europäischen Norm
beschriebene Ausrüstung ist zum Umfüllen flüssiger Erdölerzeugnisse und anderer gefährlicher Güter der
Klasse 3 des ADR [2] geeignet, deren Dampfdruck bei 50 °C max. 110 kPa beträgt (einschließlich Ottokraftstoff)
und die nicht als giftig oder ätzend eingestuft sind.

La présente Norme européenne traite de l’adaptateur et du coupleur pour la récupération des vapeurs utilisés
pour l’établissement d’un circuit étanche aux vapeurs entre la citerne de transport et les installations fixes de
chargement et de déchargement.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les performances requises et les dimensions essentielles de
l’adaptateur pour la récupération des vapeurs monté sur la citerne et du coupleur correspondant monté sur le
flexible ou sur le tuyau de raccordement de l’installation fixe de chargement et de déchargement. Elle spécifie
également les essais à réaliser pour vérifier la conformité des équipements à cette norme. Les équipements
spécifiés dans la présente Norme européenne conviennent à une utilisation avec des produits pétroliers
liquides et d’autres matières dangereuses de la classe 3 de l’ADR [2] dont la tension de vapeur ne dépasse
pas 110 kPa à 50 °C (y compris l’essence) et qui n’appartiennent à aucune sous classification des produits
toxiques ou corrosifs.
