Leisure accommodation vehicles - Motor caravans - Part 1: Habitation requirements relating to health and safety

This document specifies requirements intended to ensure the safety and health of persons when they use motor caravans for temporary or seasonal habitation.
It also specifies the corresponding test methods.
Specific requirements of this document apply to motor caravans where the overall length multiplied by the overall width does not exceed 13,5 m2 plan area.
Requirements applicable to road safety are not included in the scope of this document.
This document is applicable exclusively to motor caravans as defined in EN 13878.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen fest, die für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit von Personen gedacht sind, wenn diese Motorcaravans zeitweilig oder saisonbedingt bewohnen.
Sie legt auch die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren fest.
Bestimmte Anforderungen dieses Dokuments gelten für Motorcaravans, deren Grundfläche, ermittelt durch Multiplikation der Gesamtlänge mit der Gesamtbreite, nicht größer als 13,5 m2 ist.
Anforderungen an die Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr gehören nicht zum Anwendungsbereich dieses Doku-ments.
Dieses Dokument gilt ausschließlich für Motorcaravans wie in EN 13878 definiert.

Véhicules habitables de loisirs - Autocaravanes - Partie 1 : Exigences d'habitation relatives à la santé et à la sécurité

Le présent document spécifie les exigences destinées à assurer la sécurité et la santé des personnes lorsque celles-ci utilisent les autocaravanes comme logements temporaires ou saisonniers.
Elle spécifie également les méthodes d’essai correspondantes.
Les exigences spécifiques au présent document s’appliquent aux autocaravanes dont le produit de la longueur hors tout par la largeur hors tout ne dépasse pas 13,5 m2.
Les exigences applicables à la sécurité routière n’entrent pas dans le domaine d’application du présent document.
Le présent document s’applique exclusivement aux autocaravanes, telles que définies dans l’EN 13878.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve, namenjene za zagotavljanje varnosti in zdravja ljudi med uporabo avtodomov za začasno ali sezonsko bivanje.
Določa tudi ustrezne preskusne metode.
Določene zahteve tega evropskega standarda veljajo za avtodome, katerih zmnožek skupne dolžine in skupne širine ni večji od površine 13,5 m2.
Zahteve za varnost v cestnem prometu ne spadajo na področje uporabe tega standarda.
Ta evropski standard se uporablja samo za avtodome iz standarda EN 13878.
