ISO 28927-12:2012 specifies a laboratory method for measuring hand-transmitted vibration emission at the handles of hand-held power driven portable die grinders. It is a type-test procedure for establishing the magnitude of vibration in the gripping areas of the machines where operating under type test conditions. It is intended that the results be used to compare different models of the same type of machine.
ISO 28927-12:2012 is applicable to hand-held machines, driven pneumatically or by other means, equipped with a collet and intended for deburring operations using hard metal burrs or mounted points, on different materials ranging from hard steel to plastics. It is also applicable to low-speed die grinders using flap wheels or cylindrical sleeves.

Dieser Teil von ISO 28927 legt ein Laborverfahren zur Messung der Hand-Arm-Schwingungen fest, die an den Handgriffen von handgehaltenen motorbetriebenen Geradschleifern mit Spannzange (Schleifmaschinen für Schleifstifte, Stabschleifer) hervorgerufen werden. Es handelt sich um ein Messverfahren zur Ermittlung der Schwingungskennwerte (Schwingungsemissionswerte) an den Greifstellen der Maschine, die unter Typ-prüfbedingungen betrieben wird. Der Zweck besteht darin, dass die Kennwerte zum Vergleich verschiedener Modelle derselben Maschinenart verwendet werden.
Dieser Teil von ISO 28927 gilt für handgehaltene Maschinen mit Spannzange (siehe Abschnitt 5), die pneumatisch oder auf andere Weise angetrieben werden und mit einem Frässtift aus Hartmetall oder einem Schleifstift zum Entgraten unterschiedlichen Materials dienen – von hartem Stahl bis Kunststoff. Er gilt auch für langsamlaufende Geradschleifer mit Spannzange für Lamellenschleifstifte oder zylindrische Schleifhülsen.
ANMERKUNG 1 Er gilt jedoch nicht für Geradschleifer ohne Spannzange (Radialschleifmaschinen) mit Schleif-scheiben der Form 1 (gerade Schleifscheibe), Schleif¬scheiben der Form 4 (zweiseitig konische Schleifscheibe) oder verschie¬denster Arten zylindri¬scher Schleifkörper. Für diese Maschinen gilt ISO 28927-4.
ANMERKUNG 2 Er gilt nicht für Geradschleifer mit Spannzange, wenn eine Drahtbürste verwendet wird.
ANMERKUNG 3 Um eine Verwechslung zu vermeiden, wird in dieser Norm zwischen der (motorbetriebenen) Maschine und dem Werkzeug oder Einsatzwerkzeug strikt unter¬schieden.

L'ISO 28927-12:2012 spécifie une méthode de mesure en laboratoire des émissions de vibrations transmises aux mains, s'exerçant au niveau des poignées des meuleuses d'outillage à moteur portatives. Il s'agit d'une méthode d'essai de type définissant l'amplitude des vibrations aux zones de préhension des machines fonctionnant dans les conditions d'essai de type. Il est prévu d'utiliser les résultats pour comparer différents modèles du même type de machine.
L'ISO 28927-12:2012 s'applique aux machines portatives, pneumatiques ou entraînées par un autre dispositif, équipées d'une pince de serrage et destinées aux opérations d'ébavurage avec des fraises-limes en métaux durs ou des meules sur tige, sur différents types de matériaux allant de l'acier dur aux plastiques. Elle s'applique également aux meuleuses d'outillage à vitesse lente munies de roues à lamelles abrasives ou de manchons cylindriques.

Ta del standarda ISO 28927 določa laboratorijsko metodo za merjenje oddajanja ročno posredovanih vibracij na ročajih ročnih prenosnih električnih brusilnikov. To je postopek tipskega preskusa za ugotavljanje stopnje vibriranja na območjih prijema strojev med delovanjem pod pogoji tipskega preskusa. Namenjen je primerjavi rezultatov različnih modelov iste vrste naprave. Ta del standarda ISO 28927 velja za ročne stroje (glej točko 5), ki se upravljajo pnevmatično ali z drugimi sredstvi, so opremljeni z okvirjem in namenjeni vrtanju z uporabo trdih kovinskih svedrov ali nameščenih točk na različnih materialih, od trdega jekla do plastike. Velja tudi za brusilnike z zaklopnimi kolesi ali cilindričnimi cevmi.
