District heating pipes - Flexible pipe systems with a lower temperature profile - Part 3: Non bonded system with plastic service pipes; requirements and test methods
This document specifies requirements and test methods for flexible, factory made, buried district heating pipes systems with plastic service pipes and no bonding between the layers of the pipe assemblies.
It is only applicable in conjunction with part 1.
This document is applicable to a maximum continuous media temperature of 80 °C and maximum operating design pressures up to 1,0 MPa for a design service life of at least 50 years.
This document does not apply to cover surveillance systems.
In conjunction with the other parts of EN XXXXX, this document is applicable to pipes, fittings, their joints and to joints with components made of non-plastics materials intended to be used for district heating installations.

Dieses Dokument legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für flexible, werkmäßig hergestellte, erdverlegte Fernwärmerohrsysteme mit Mediumrohren aus Kunststoff und ohne Verbund zwischen den Schichten der Rohrbaugruppen fest.
Es ist nur in Verbindung mit prEN 17878-1 anwendbar.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Rohre, Formstücke, ihre Verbindungen untereinander sowie mit Rohrleitungsteilen, deren Werkstoffe nicht aus Kunststoff bestehen und die für Fernwärmeinstallationen vorgesehen sind.
Dieses Dokument ist für eine maximale Betriebstemperatur von 80 °C und einen maximalen zulässigen Betriebsdruck bis einschließlich 1,0 MPa für eine Auslegungsnutzungsdauer von mindestens 50 Jahren anwendbar.
Dieses Dokument ist nicht anwendbar für Überwachungssysteme.
Für höhere Temperaturen oder für den Transport anderer Flüssigkeiten, z. B. Trinkwasser, sind zusätzliche Anforderungen und Prüfungen erforderlich. Derartige Anforderungen sind in diesem Dokument nicht festgelegt.

Il n'est applicable que conjointement avec le prEN 17878-1.
Le présent document est applicable aux tuyaux, aux raccords, leurs joints, et aux joints avec des composants en matériaux non plastiques destinés à être utilisés pour les installations de chauffage urbain.
