Water-tube boilers and auxiliary installations - Part 12: Requirements for boiler feedwater and boiler water quality

This Part of this European Standard applies to all water-tube boilers as defined in EN 12952-1 which are heated by combustion of one or more fuels or by hot gases for the generation of steam and/or hot water.
This Part of this European Standard applies to those components between the feedwater inlet and the steam outlet of the steam generator. The quality of the steam produced is outside the scope of this standard.
This Part of this European Standard aims to ensure that the boiler is able to be operated to minimize risk to personnel, the boiler and associated plant components located near it.
NOTE   This European Standard does not aim to achieve optimum economic operation. For certain purposes, it will be more appropriate to optimize the chemical characteristics in order to:
- increase the thermal efficiency;
- increase the availability and reliability of the plant;
- increase steam purity;
- reduce the maintenance costs - repair, chemical cleaning, etc.
This Part of this European Standard sets out minimum requirements for the specific types of water to reduce the risk of corrosion, sludge precipitation or formation of deposits which may lead to any damage or other operating problems.
NOTE   This Part of this European Standard has been prepared on the assumption that the user of this European Standard possesses a sufficient knowledge of the construction and operation of the boiler as well as an adequate appreciation of water and steam chemistry.

Wasserrohrkessel und Anlagenkomponenten - Teil 12: Anforderungen an die Speisewasser- und Kesselwasserqualität

Dieser Teil von EN 12952 gilt für alle Wasserrohrkessel wie in EN 12952-1 definiert, die durch die Verbrennung einer oder mehrerer Brennstoffe oder durch heiße Gase zum Zwecke der Erzeugung von Dampf und/oder Heißwasser beheizt werden.
Diese Norm gilt für den Bereich zwischen Speisewassereintritt und Dampfaustritt des Dampferzeugers. Die Qualität des erzeugten Dampfes liegt außerhalb des Geltungsbereichs dieser Norm.
Diese Europäische Norm zielt darauf ab sicherzustellen, dass sich der Kessel mit einem geringen Risiko für Personal, den Kessel selbst und die damit verbundenen Kesselanlagenteile betreiben lässt.
ANMERKUNG   Diese Europäische Norm zielt nicht darauf ab, einen optimalen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb zu erzielen. Aus bestimmten Gründen kann es zweckmäßiger sein, die chemischen Eigenschaften zu optimieren, um:
-   den Wärmewirkungsgrad zu verbessern;
-   die Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Anlage zu erhöhen;
-   die Dampfreinheit zu erhöhen;   
-   die Wartungskosten - Ausbesserung, chemische Reinigung usw. zu reduzieren.
Dieser Teil legt die Mindestanforderungen für die spezifischen Wasserarten zur Reduzierung des Korrosionsrisikos, der Schlammausscheidung oder Bildung von Ablagerungen fest, die zu Schäden, Aufreißen oder anderen Betriebsproblemen führen kann.
ANMERKUNG   Dieser Teil wurde auf der Annahme erstellt, dass der Anwender dieser Europäischen Norm ausreichende Kenntnisse über den Bau und Betrieb von Kesseln sowie über ein entsprechendes Verständnis der Wasser- und Dampfchemie verfügt.

Chaudières à tubes d'eau et installations auxiliaires - Partite 12: Exigences relatives à la qualité de l'eau d'alimentation et de l'eau en chaudière

La présente partie de la Norme Européenne s'applique à toutes les chaudières à tubes d'eau telles que définies dans l'EN 12952-1, qui sont chauffées par combustion d'un ou de plusieurs combustibles ou par des gaz chauds pour la production de vapeur et/ou d'eau surchauffée.
La présente partie de la Norme Européenne s'applique aux composants situés entre l'entrée de l'eau d'alimentation et la sortie du générateur de vapeur. La qualité de la vapeur produite ne relève pas du domaine d'application de la présente norme.
L'objectif de la présente partie de la Norme Européenne est de s'assurer que la chaudière fonctionne avec un minimum de risque pour le personnel, pour la chaudière et pour les composants de l'installation associée proches de cette dernière.
NOTE 1   La présente partie de cette Norme Européenne n'a pas pour objectif d'atteindre une utilisation économique optimale. Pour certaines applications, il est préférable d'optimiser les propriétés chimiques afin :
¾ d'augmenter le rendement thermique ;
¾ d'augmenter la disponibilité et la fiabilité de l'installation ;
¾ d'augmenter la pureté de la vapeur ;
¾ de réduire les frais d'entretien, les réparations, le nettoyage chimique, etc.
La présente partie de la Norme Européenne établit des prescriptions minimales pour des types spécifiques d'eau afin de réduire le risque de corrosion, de précipitation de boues ou de formations de dépôts qui peuvent conduire à des dommages ou autres problèmes d'exploitation.
NOTE 2   La présente partie de la Norme Européenne a été préparée en supposant que l'utilisateur de la présente Norme Européenne a une connaissance suffisante de la construction et de l'exploitation de la chaudière ainsi qu'une approche appropriée de la chimie de l'eau et de la vapeur.

Vodocevni kotli in pomožne napeljave - 12. del: Zahteve za kakovost napajalne in kotelne vode

Ta del evropskega standarda se uporablja za vse vodocevne kotle za proizvodnjo pare in/ali vroče vode, kot je opredeljeno v EN 12952-1, ki se ogrevajo z zgorevanjem enega ali več goriv ali vročimi plini.
Ta del evropskega standarda se uporablja za sestavne dele parnega kotla med dovodom napajalne vode in odvodom pare. Kakovost proizvedene pare ne spada v področje uporabe tega standarda.
Namen tega dela evropskega standarda je zagotoviti možnost obratovanja kotla z zmanjšanim tveganjem za osebje, kotel in z njim povezano kotelno postrojenje v njegovi bližini.
OPOMBA 1:   Namen tega dela evropskega standarda ni doseči optimalno ekonomično delovanje. Za nekatere namene bo primerneje optimizirati kemijske lastnosti, da se:
–   poveča toplotna učinkovitost;
–   poveča razpoložljivost in zanesljivost postrojenja;
–   poveča čistost pare;
–   zmanjšajo stroški vzdrževanja – popravilo, kemično čiščenje itd.
Ta del evropskega standarda določa minimalne zahteve za določene vrste vode z namenom zmanjšanja nevarnosti korozije, usedanja mulja ali nastanka oblog, ki lahko povzročijo morebitno škodo ali druge težave pri obratovanju.
OPOMBA 2:   Ta del evropskega standarda je bil pripravljen ob predpostavki, da ima uporabnik tega standarda zadostno znanje o konstrukciji in delovanju kotla ter ustrezno znanje o kemiji vode in pare.

NACIONALNI UVOD

Standard SIST EN 12952-12 (sl), Vodocevni kotli in pomožne napeljave – 12. del: Zahteve za kakovost
napajalne in kotelne vode, 2004, ima status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten evropskemu
standardu EN 12952-12 (en), Water-tube boilers and auxiliary installations – Part 12: Requirements for
boiler feedwater and boiler water quality, 2003.

NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR

Evropski standard EN 12952-12:2003 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 269 "Mnogovodni in vodocevni kotli", katerega sekretariat vodi DIN.

Slovenski standard SIST EN 12952-12:2004 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 12952-12:2003. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski
standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC TLP
Tlačne posode.

Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je 15. 10. 2003 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC TLP Tlačne posode.
