Prefabricated reinforced components of lightweight aggregate concrete with open structure with structural or non-structural reinforcement
This European Standard is for prefabricated components of lightweight aggregate concrete (LAC) with open structure and with structural or non-structural reinforcement intended to be used in building construction
a) for structural elements:
- loadbearing wall components (solid, hollow core or multilayer);
- retaining wall components (solid) with or without surcharge loading;
- roof components (solid, hollow core or multilayer);
- floor components (solid, hollow core or multilayer);
- linear components (beams or piers).
b) for non-structural elements:
- non-loadbearing wall components (e.g. for partition walls);
- cladding components (without fixtures) intended to be used for external facades of buildings;
- small box culverts used to form channels for the enclosure of services;
- components for noise barriers.
NOTE 1 In addition to their loadbearing and encasing function, components can also be used to provide fire resistance, sound insulation and thermal insulation.
Components covered by this European Standard are only intended to be subjected to predominantly non-dynamic actions, unless special measures are introduced in the relevant clauses of this European Standard.
The term "reinforced" relates to reinforcement used for both structural and non-structural purposes.
This European Standard does not cover:
- rules for the application of these components in structures;
- joints (except their strength);
- fixtures;
- finishes for external components, such as tiling.
NOTE 2 LAC components can be used in noise barriers if they are designed to fulfil also the requirements of EN 14388.
Vorgefertigte Bauteile aus haufwerksporigem Leichtbeton und mit statisch anrechenbarer oder nicht anrechenbarer Bewehrung
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für vorgefertigte Bauteile aus haufwerksporigem Leichtbeton (LAC) und mit
statisch anrechenbarer oder nicht anrechenbarer Bewehrung, die für die Verwendung in Gebäuden
vorgesehen sind für
a) Tragende Bauteile:
⎯ tragende Wandbauteile (massiv, mit Hohlräumen im Kern oder mehrschichtig);
⎯ Bauteile für Stützwände (massiv) mit oder ohne Auflast;
⎯ Dachbauteile (massiv, mit Hohlräumen im Kern oder mehrschichtig);
⎯ Deckenbauteile (massiv, mit Hohlräumen im Kern oder mehrschichtig);
⎯ stabförmige Bauteile (Balken oder Pfeiler).
b) Nichttragende Bauteile:
⎯ nichttragende Wandbauteile (z. B. für Trennwände);
⎯ Bauteile für Verkleidungen (ohne Befestigungsmittel), die zur Befestigung an den Außenfassaden von
Gebäuden bestimmt sind;
⎯ kleine kastenförmige Hohlquerschnitte, die zur Herstellung von Kanälen zur Aufnahme von
Versorgungsleitungen dienen;
⎯ Bauteile für Lärmschutzwände.
ANMERKUNG 1 Zusätzlich zu ihrer tragenden und raumabschließenden Funktion können die Bauteile auch für
Zwecke des Brandschutzes, der Schalldämmung und der Wärmedämmung verwendet w
Bauteile nach dieser Europäischen Norm sind nur für den Einsatz unter vorwiegend ruhenden Lasten
bestimmt, sofern nicht in den diesbezüglichen Abschnitten dieser Norm besondere Maßnahmen vorgesehen
werden.
Der Ausdruck „bewehrt“ schließt die statisch anrechenbare Bewehrung und die statisch nicht anrechenbare
Bewehrung ein.
Diese Europäische Norm befasst sich nicht mit
⎯ Anwendungsregeln für diese Bauteile in Bauwerken;
⎯ Fugen (außer mit ihrem Tragwiderstand);
⎯ Befestigungsmitteln;
⎯ Oberflächenausbildung bei Außenbauteilen, wie z. B. eine Verfliesung.
ANMERKUNG 2 LAC-Bauteile können in Schallschutzwänden verwendet werden, wenn sie so bemessen sind, dass
sie auch die Anforderungen von EN 14388 erfüllen.
Composants préfabriqués en béton de granulats légers à structure ouverte armées avec des armatures structurales et non-structurales
La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux éléments préfabriqués en béton de granulats légers (LAC) à
structure ouverte, avec armatures structurales ou non structurales, destinés à être utilisés pour la construction
de bâtiments en :
a) éléments structuraux :
¾ éléments de murs porteurs (pleins, creux ou multicouches) ;
¾ éléments de mur de soutènement (pleins) avec ou sans surcharge ;
¾ éléments de toiture (pleins, alvéolés ou multicouches) ;
¾ éléments de plancher (pleins, alvéolés ou multicouches) ;
¾ éléments linéaires (poutres ou trumeaux) ;
b) éléments non-structuraux :
¾ éléments de murs non porteurs (par exemple : cloisons) ;
¾ éléments de bardage (hors accessoires) destinés à être utilisés en façades de bâtiments ;
¾ cadres enterrés de petites dimensions utilisés pour constituer des caniveaux techniques ;
¾ éléments pour écrans antibruit.
NOTE 1 Outre leur fonction porteuse et d'encloisonnement, les éléments peuvent également être utilisés pour les
besoins de la résistance au feu, de l’isolation acoustique et de l’isolation thermique.
Les éléments couverts par la présente norme sont uniquement destinés à être soumis à des actions
principalement statiques, sauf si des mesures particulières sont présentées dans les articles appropriés de la
présente Norme européenne.
Le terme « armé » se rapporte à tout type d'armature à but structural et non structural.
La présente Norme européenne ne couvre pas :
¾ les règles pour l'utilisation de ces éléments dans les ouvrages ;
¾ les jonctions (excepté leur résistance) ;
¾ les accessoires de fixation ;
¾ les finitions, telles que le carrelage, pour les éléments extérieurs.
NOTE 2 Les éléments en LAC peuvent être utilisés dans les écrans antibruit s'ils sont conçus pour satisfaire
également aux exigences de l'EN 14388.
