Non-destructive testing of welds - Acceptance levels for radiographic testing - Part 2: Aluminium and its alloys (ISO 10675-2:2021, Corrected version 2022-02)

This document specifies acceptance levels for indications from imperfections in aluminium butt welds detected by radiographic testing. If agreed, the acceptance levels can be applied to other types of welds (such as fillet welds etc.) or materials.
The acceptance levels can be related to welding standards, application standards, specifications or codes. This document assumes that the radiographic testing has been carried out in accordance with ISO 17636‑1 for RT-F (F = film) or ISO 17636‑2 for RT-S (S = radioscopy) and RT-D (D = digital detectors).

Dieses Dokument legt für die Durchstrahlungsprüfung die Zulässigkeitsgrenzen für Anzeigen von Unregelmäßigkeiten von Stumpfschweißnähten in Aluminium und seinen Legierungen fest. Falls vereinbart, können die Zulässigkeitsgrenzen auf andere Arten von Schweißnähten (z. B. Kehlnähte usw.) oder andere Werkstoffe angewendet werden.
Die Zulässigkeitsgrenzen können sich auf Schweißnormen, Anwendungsnormen, Spezifikationen oder Codes beziehen. Dieses Dokument geht davon aus, dass die Durchstrahlungsprüfung für RT F (F = mit Filmen) nach ISO 17636 1 oder für RT S (S = Radioskopie) und RT D (D = mit digitalen Detektoren) nach ISO 17636 2 durchgeführt wurde.

Le présent document spécifie les niveaux d'acceptation des indications des défauts présents dans les assemblages soudés bout à bout en aluminium détectés par contrôle radiographique. En fonction des accords passés, les niveaux d'acceptation peuvent être appliqués à d'autres types d'assemblages soudés (tels que les soudures d’angle, etc.) ou matériaux.
Les niveaux d'acceptation peuvent être reliés à des normes de soudage, des normes d'application, des spécifications ou des codes. Le présent document présume que le contrôle par radiographie a été exécuté conformément à l'ISO 17636‑1 pour les essais par radiographie en utilisant des films (RT-F) ou à l’ISO 17636‑2 pour les essais de radioscopie (RT-S) et les essais par radiographie numérique (RT-D).

V primeru dogovora je mogoče stopnje sprejemljivosti uporabiti za druge vrste zvarov (npr. kotne zvare itd.) ali materialov. Stopnje sprejemljivosti se lahko navezujejo na standarde varjenja, standarde uporabe, specifikacije ali oznake. This document (EN ISO 10675-2:2021) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 44 "Welding
and allied processes" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding and allied
processes” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2022, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by June 2022.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 10675-2:2017.
