Domestic swimming pools - Part 1: General requirements including safety and test methods
This European Standard specifies the general safety and quality requirements and test methods for domestic swimming pools. These requirements and test methods are applicable to inground, aboveground or recessed swimming pool structures, including their installation and means of access.
This standard does not apply to:
- pools for public use covered by EN 15288-1;
- spas for domestic or public use;
- paddling pools according to EN 71-8.

Dieses Dokument legt die allgemeinen sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen und Anforderungen an die Qualität sowie Prüfverfahren für Schwimmbäder für private Nutzung fest. Diese Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren gelten für in den Boden eingelassene, auf dem Boden aufgestellte oder versenkte Schwimmbeckenkonstruktionen, einschließlich deren Montage und Zugangseinrichtungen.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für:
öffentliche genutzte Schwimmbäder, die in EN 15288 1 behandelt sind;
Warmsprudelbecken für private oder öffentliche Nutzung;
Planschbecken nach EN 71 8.
Piscines privées à usage familial - Partie 1 : Exigences générales et de sécurité et méthodes d'essai
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences générales de sécurité et de qualité ainsi que les méthodes d'essai relatives aux piscines privées à usage familial. Ces exigences et méthodes d'essai sont applicables aux structures des piscines à enterrer, à poser sur le sol ou à encastrer, y compris leur installation et leurs moyens d'accès.
La présente norme ne s’applique pas :
aux piscines à usage collectif couvertes par l'EN 15288-1 ;
aux spas à usage privé familial ou à usage collectif ;
aux pataugettes selon l'EN 71-8.

Ta dokument določa splošne varnostne in kakovostne zahteve ter preskusne metode za plavalne bazene za domačo uporabo. Te zahteve in preskusne metode se uporabljajo za strukture vgradnih plavalnih bazenov in nadzemnih bazenov, vključno z njihovo montažo in načinom dostopa.
Ta standard se ne uporablja za:
– javne plavalne bazene, obravnavane v standardu EN 15288-1;
– domače prostore za dobro počutje;
– bazene za otroke v skladu s standardom EN 71-8.
