Timber structures - Prefabricated wall, floor and roof elements - Requirements
This European Standard specifies performance requirements at delivery for prefabricated structural (load-bearing) wall, floor and roof elements (diaphragm assemblies) consisting of framing members of timber and/or wood-based panels or boards on one or both sides, for use in service class 1 or 2 in accordance with EN 1995-1-1:2004. The panels and/or boards are connected to the joists by suitable adhesive bonding or by mechanical fixing. The cavities of the elements may be filled entirely or partially with insulating materials. The exterior faces of the elements may also be covered with insulation material.
This European Standard applies to elements with lengths and cross-sectional depths of up to 10 m and 0,30 m, respectively.
This European Standard specifies requirements for structural (3.3) and non-structural (3.4) components and lays down minimum requirements for the production of prefabricated elements.
The European Standard also covers methods to carry out the evaluation of conformity and marking of these elements.
This European Standard applies to elements that may have openings, e. g. for windows, doors etc. It does not apply to the properties of incorporated doors or windows.
Furthermore, it does not cover elements treated to enhance their fire performance.
Holzbauwerke - Vorgefertigte Wand-, Decken- und Dachelemente - Anforderungen
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Leistungsanforderungen bei Anlieferung vorgefertigter tragender Wand-, Decken- und Dachelemente fest, die aus Rahmenteilen aus Bauholz und/oder Holzwerkstoffplatten auf einer oder beiden Seiten bestehen und in Nutzungsklasse 1 oder Nutzungsklasse 2 nach EN 1995-1-1:2004 verwendet werden können. Die Platten sind mit den Balken durch geeignete Klebstoffe oder durch mechanische Befestigungsmittel verbunden. Die Hohlräume der Elemente können ganz oder teilweise mit Dämmstoffen gefüllt sein. Die Außenflächen der Elemente können ebenfalls mit Dämmstoff versehen sein. Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Elemente mit Längen und Querschnittensbreiten von bis zu 10 m bzw. 0,30 m. Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an tragende (3.3) und nicht tragende (3.4) Bauteile fest und beschreibt Mindestanforderungen an die Herstellung vorgefertigter Elemente. Diese Europäische Norm behandelt außerdem Verfahren zur Bewertung der Konformität und zur Kennzeichnung der Elemente. Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Elemente, die Öffnungen, z. B. für Fenster, Türen usw., aufweisen können. Sie gilt nicht für die Eigenschaften integrierter Türen oder Fenster. Darüber hinaus behandelt die Norm nicht Elemente, die zur Verbesserung ihres Brandverhaltens behandelt wurden.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de performance à la livraison des éléments structuraux (porteurs) de mur, de plancher et de toiture préfabriqués (diaphragmes) constitués d'éléments d'ossature en bois et/ou de panneaux ou plaques à base de bois sur un côté ou des deux côtés, destinés à être utilisés en classe de service 1 ou 2 conformément à l'EN 1995-1-1:2004. Les panneaux et/ou plaques sont assemblés aux éléments de structure par collage à l'adhésif ou par fixation mécanique appropriés. Les cavités des éléments peuvent être entièrement ou partiellement remplies de matériaux isolants. Les faces extérieures des éléments peuvent également être revêtues d'un matériau isolant. La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux éléments dont la longueur et l’épaisseur totale sont respectivement inférieures ou égales à 10 m et 0,30 m. La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences relatives aux éléments structuraux (3.3) et non structuraux (3.4) et fixe les exigences minimales relatives à la production d'éléments préfabriqués. La présente Norme européenne couvre également les méthodes d'évaluation de la conformité et le marquage de ces éléments. La présente Norme européenne s'applique à des éléments pouvant comporter des ouvertures, par exemple pour des fenêtres, des portes, etc. Elle ne spécifie pas les exigences relatives aux portes et fenêtres elles-mêmes. De plus, elle ne couvre pas les éléments traités en vue d'améliorer leur comportement au feu.

1 Scope
