This document will supersede EN 15947-1:2015.

In comparison with the previous edition, the following technical modifications have been made:

 definition of preliminary effect was changed to include aural effects.

This document has been prepared under a mandate given to CEN by the European Commission and the

European Free Trade Association, and supports essential safety requirements of EU Directive(s).
