Welding - Welding of reinforcing steel (ISO/DIS 17660:2021)

This document is applicable to the welding of weldable reinforcing steel and stainless reinforcing steel of loadbearing joints, in workshops or on site. It specifies requirements for materials, design and execution of welded joints, welding personnel, quality requirements, mechanical testing. The requirements for loadbearing joints may apply to non loadbearing joints, as necessary. This document also covers welded joints between reinforcing steel bars and other steel components, such as connection devices and insertion anchors, including prefabricated assemblies. This document is not applicable to factory production of welding fabric and lattice girders using multiple spot welding machines or multiple projection welding machines. The requirements of this document are only applicable to static loaded structures. For fatigue loaded structures, depending on type of joint and welding process, it is recommended that an appropriate reduction be taken into account on the fatigue strength of the reinforcing steel.

Schweißen - Schweißen von Betonstahl (ISO/DIS 17660:2021)

Dieses Dokument gilt für das Schweißen von schweißgeeigneten Betonstählen und nichtrostenden Betonstählen für tragende Schweißverbindungen oder nichttragende Schweißverbindungen in Betrieben und auf der Baustelle. Es legt Anforderungen an Werkstoffe, Gestaltung und Ausführung von Schweißverbindungen, Schweißpersonal, Qualitätsanforderungen und mechanische Prüfung fest. Alle Bestimmungen mit Ausnahme von 9.2.3 gelten für tragende Verbindungen. Die Anforderungen für nichttragende Verbindungen sind in 6.1, 6.3, 6.5, Abschnitt 8, 9.2.3 und Abschnitt 13 festgelegt bzw. dargestellt.
Dieses Dokument enthält auch Verbindungen zwischen Betonstahlstäben und anderen Stahlteilen, wie Verbindungseinheiten, Verankerungen, einschließlich vorgefertigter Einbauteile.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für die fabrikmäßige Herstellung von Betonstahlmatten und Gitterträgern auf Mehrfachpunktschweißmaschinen oder auf Mehrfachbuckelschweißmaschinen.
Die Anforderungen dieses Dokuments gelten nur für ruhend beanspruchte Bauteile. Für dynamisch beanspruchte Bauteile wird empfohlen, in Abhängigkeit von der Stoßart und dem Schweißprozess, eine merkliche Verminderung der dynamischen Festigkeit des Betonstahls zu berücksichtigen.

Soudage - Soudage des aciers d'armatures (ISO/DIS 17660:2021)

La présente norme s'applique au soudage des aciers soudables et des aciers inoxydables pour armatures selon les normes applicables ou les qualifications techniques dans les ateliers ou sur chantier. Elle couvre également les assemblages entre les barres en acier pour armatures et d'autres éléments en acier tels que les raccords, les ancrages encastrés comportant des assemblages préfabriqués.
La présente norme ne s'applique pas à la production en usine pour souder les armatures en treillis soudés et les poutres en treillis.
Les exigences de la présente norme ne s'appliquent qu'aux structures soumises à des charges statiques. La présente norme spécifie des exigences relatives aux matériaux, à la conception et à l'exécution des assemblages soudés, au personnel de soudage, à la qualité, aux examens et aux essais.
