Hand-held portable power tools - Test methods for evaluation of vibration emission - Part 7: Nibblers and shears (ISO 28927-7:2009)

ISO 28927-7:2009 specifies a laboratory method for measuring hand-transmitted vibration emission at the handles of hand-held, power-driven nibblers and shears. It is a type-test procedure for establishing the magnitude of vibration in the gripping areas of a machine run under specified test conditions. It is intended that the results be used to compare different models of the same type of machine.
ISO 28927-7:2009 is applicable to nibblers and shears, driven pneumatically or by other means, intended for cutting sheet metal or composite materials.

Handgehaltene motorbetriebene Maschinen - Messverfahren zur Ermittlung der Schwingungsemission - Teil 7: Blechscheren und Knabber (ISO 28927-7:2009)

Dieser Teil von ISO 28927 legt ein Laborverfahren zur Messung der Hand-Arm-Schwingungen fest, die an den Handgriffen von handgehaltenen motorbetriebenen Blechscheren und Knabbern hervorgerufen werden. Es handelt sich um ein Messverfahren zur Ermittlung der Schwingungs¬kennwerte (Schwingungs¬emissions-werte) an den Greif¬stellen der Maschine, die unter bestimmten Messbedingungen betrieben wird. Der Zweck besteht darin, die Kennwerte zum Vergleich verschiedener Modelle derselben Maschinenart zu verwenden.
Dieser Teil von ISO 28927 gilt für Blechscheren und Knabber (siehe Abschnitt 5), die zum Schneiden von Blech und plattenförmigen Verbund¬werkstoffen dienen und pneumatisch oder auf andere Weise angetrieben werden.
ANMERKUNG   Um eine Verwechslung zu vermeiden, wird in dieser Norm zwischen der (motorbetriebenen) Maschine und dem Werkzeug oder Einsatzwerkzeug strikt unter¬schieden.

L'ISO 28927-7:2009 spécifie une méthode de mesure en laboratoire des émissions de vibrations transmises aux mains s'exerçant au niveau des poignées des grignoteuses et des cisailles. Il s'agit d'une méthode d'essai de type définissant l'amplitude des vibrations aux zones de préhension des machines fonctionnant dans des conditions d'essai de type. Il est prévu d'utiliser les résultats pour comparer différents modèles du même type de machine.
L'ISO 28927-7:2009 s'applique aux grignoteuses et aux cisailles, pneumatiques ou entraînées par un autre dispositif, destinées à découper des tôles ou des panneaux composites.

Ta del ISO 28927 določa laboratorijsko metodo merjenja emisij ročnega oddajanja vibracij na ročajih ročnih električnih sesalnikov in škarij. To je postopek tipskega preskusa za vzpostavljanje razsežnosti vibracij v območju držanja stroja, ko deluje pod določenimi preskusnimi pogoji. Namenjen je temu, da se rezultati uporabijo za primerjavo različnih modelov strojev istega tipa. Ta del ISO 28927 velja za sesalnike in škarje (glej Klavzulo 5), pnevmatično ali kako drugače gnane, namenjene za rezanje pločevine ali sestavljenih materialov.
