District heating pipes - Preinsulated bonded pipe systems for directly buried hot water networks - Fitting assemblies of steel service pipes, polyurethane thermal insulation and outer casing of polyethylene

This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for fittings of prefabricated thermally insulated pipe-in-pipe assemblies comprising a steel service fitting from DN 20 to DN 1200, rigid polyurethane foam insulation and an outer casing of polyethylene for use in directly buried hot water networks with preinsulated pipe assemblies in accordance with EN 253.
This European Standard covers the following fittings: bend, tee, reducer, single use compensator and anchor.
This European Standard applies only to factory made prefabricated fitting assemblies and single use compensators for continuous operation with hot water at various temperatures in accordance with EN 253.
This European Standard applies to fitting assemblies with a minimum design pressure of 16 bar (overpressure) complying with EN 13941.
This European Standard does not include calculation rules for loads and stresses. The design and installation rules, for the system, are given in EN 13941.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an und Prüfverfahren für Formstücke von werkmäßig wärme-gedämmten Verbundmantelrohren für erdverlegte Fernwärmenetze fest, die aus einem Stahl Mediumrohr von DN 20 bis DN 1 200 mit Wärmedämmung aus Polyurethan-Hartschaumstoff und einer Ummantelung aus Polyethylen für direkt erdverlegte Fernwärmenetze aus werkmäßig gedämmten Verbund Rohrsystemen nach EN 253 bestehen.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt folgende Formstücke: Bogenstück, T-Stück, Reduzierstück, Einmalkompensator und Festpunktelement.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt ausschließlich für werkmäßig gedämmte Verbundformstücke und Einmalkompensatoren für den Dauerbetrieb mit Warmwasser bei unterschiedlichen Betriebstemperaturen nach EN 253.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Verbundformstücke, die für einen Druck von mindestens 16 bar (Überdruck) nach EN 13941 ausgelegt sind.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält keine Regeln für die Berechnung von Last- und Spannungswerten. Die Regeln für Aus¬legung und Installation des Systems sind EN 13941 zu entnehmen.

La présente Norme européenne définit les exigences et les méthodes d’essai applicables aux raccords des systèmes préfabriqués de tubes isolés thermiquement pour les réseaux d'eau chaude enterrés directement, conformes à l’EN 253, comprenant des raccords de service en acier de DN 20 à DN 1200, une isolation en mousse rigide de polyuréthane et un tube de protection en polyéthylène.
La présente Norme européenne couvre les raccords suivants : coude, té, réducteur, compensateur à usage unique et pièce d’ancrage.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique uniquement aux assemblages de raccords préfabriqués en usine et aux compensateurs à usage unique utilisés en service continu avec de l’eau chaude à diverses températures conformément à l’EN 253.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux raccords de pression minimale de calcul de 16 bar (surpression) conformément à l’EN 13941.
La présente Norme européenne ne comprend pas de règles de calcul pour les charges et les contraintes. Les règles de conception et d'installation du système sont données dans l'EN 13941.

Cevi za daljinsko ogrevanje - Izolirani vezani cevni sistemi za podzemeljska toplovodna omrežja - Sestav fitingov jeklenih cevi, poliuretanske toplotne izolacije in zunanjega polietilenskega plašča

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za fitinge predizdelanih, toplotno izoliranih cevnih sestavov, sestavljenih iz jeklenih fitingov od DN 20 do DN 1200, trde poliuretanske izolacijske pene in zunanjega polietilenskega plašča za uporabo v podzemeljskih toplovodnih omrežjih z izoliranimi vezanimi sistemi v skladu s standardom EN 253. Ta evropski standard zajema naslednje fitinge: kolena, priključke T, reducirne priključke, kompenzatorje za enkratno uporabo in sidra. Ta evropski standard se uporablja samo za izolirane sestave fitingov in kompenzatorje za enkratno uporabo za neprekinjeno delovanje z vročo vodo pri različnih temperaturah v skladu s točko 1 standarda EN 253:2009. Ta evropski standard se uporablja za sestave fitingov z minimalnim predvidenim tlakom 16 barov (nadtlak) v skladu s standardom EN 13941. Smernice za preverjanje kakovosti so navedene v dodatku A tega evropskega standarda. Postopki za varjenje polietilena so navedeni v dodatku B tega evropskega standarda. OPOMBA: Ta evropski standard ne zajema pravil za izračun obremenitev in napetosti.
