Railway applications - Axleboxes - Lubricating greases

This European Standard specifies the quality requirements of greases intended for the lubrication of axlebox rolling bearings according to prEN 12080, required for reliable operation of trains on European networks. It covers the approval procedure for a not yet approved grease, the management of modification for an approved grease and the method of quality batch control of the grease. The grease requirements are given for two speed classes.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Qualitätsanforderungen an Schmierfette für Wälzlager in Radsatzlagern nach prEN 12080 fest, die für einen zuverlässigen Zugbetrieb auf den europäischen Schienennetzen erforderlich sind. Sie beschreibt das Freigabeverfahren für ein noch nicht zugelassenes Schmierfett, das Änderungsmanagement für ein zugelassenes Schmierfett und das Verfahren der Qualitätsprüfung des Schmierfett-Loses. Die Anforderungen an die Schmierfette sind für zwei Lagergeschwindigkeitsklassen angegeben.

Applications ferroviaires - Boîtes d'essieux - Graisses pour lubrification

La présente Norme européenne définit, pour les graisses destinées aux roulements de boîtes d'essieux selon l'EN 12080, les exigences de qualité requises pour assurer la fiabilité de la circulation des trains sur les réseaux européens. Elle traite de la procédure d'homologation d’une graisse non encore homologuée, la gestion de la modification d'une graisse homologuée et la méthode de contrôle de la qualité par lots de graisse. Les exigences relatives aux graisses sont définies pour deux classes de vitesse.

Železniške naprave - Ohišja ležajev kolesnih dvojic - Maziva

Ta evropski standard določa kakovostne zahteve za maziva za mazanje kotalnih ležajev v ohišju ležajev kolesnih dvojic v skladu s standardom prEN 12080, ki so potrebne za zanesljivo delovanje vlakov v evropskih omrežjih. Zajema postopek odobritve še neodobrenega maziva, upravljanje sprememb odobrenega maziva in metodo nadzora serije maziva. Zahteve za maziva so podane za dva hitrostna razreda.
