Cryogenic vessels - Hoses (ISO 21012:2024)

This document specifies design, construction, type and production testing, and marking requirements for both non-insulated cryogenic flexible hoses and insulated vacuum jacketed hoses used for the transfer of cryogenic fluids within the following range of operating conditions:
—     working temperature range: from −270 °C to +65 °C;
—     nominal size (DN): from 10 to 100.
End fittings for mounting of any couplings are within the scope of this document, but the couplings are subject to other standards.

Dieses Dokument legt die Auslegung, den Bau, die Baumuster  und Produktionsprüfung sowie Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Kennzeichnung sowohl von nichtisolierten tiefkalten flexiblen Schläuchen als auch isolierten vakuumummantelten Schläuchen fest, die bei der Übertragung tiefkalter Fluide im folgenden Bereich von Betriebsbedingungen verwendet werden:
   Arbeitstemperaturbereich: von −270 °C bis +65 °C;
   Nennweite (DN): von 10 bis 100.
Anschlussverschraubungen für die Montage von Kupplungen fallen in den Anwendungsbereich dieses Dokuments, die Kupplungen selbst sind jedoch Gegenstand anderer Normen.

Le présent document définit la conception, le type et les tests de production ainsi que les exigences de marquage applicables à la fois aux tuyaux flexibles cryogéniques non isolés et aux tuyaux à double enveloppe sous vide utilisés pour le passage des fluides cryogéniques dans la plage de conditions de fonctionnement suivante :
—     plage de température de service : entre − 270 °C et + 65 °C ;
—     diamètre nominal (DN) : entre 10 et 100.
Les pièces d’extrémité de montage d’un couplage quelconque relèvent du domaine d’application du présent document ; néanmoins, les couplages sont couverts par d’autres normes.
