This document gives guidance for specifying requirements for the AoC of compounds/formulations, products, joints and assemblies in accordance with the applicable part of EN 1566 intended to be included in the manufacturer’s quality plan as part of the quality management system and for the establishment of certification procedures.
NOTE A basic test matrix provides an overview of the testing scheme in Annex A.
In conjunction with EN 1566 1 (see European foreword), this document is applicable to solid-wall piping systems made of chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC C) intended to be used for or soil and waste discharge systems (low and high temperature):
- inside buildings (application area code "B");
- for both inside buildings and buried in ground within the building structure (application area code "BD").

Dieses Dokument enthält einen Leitfaden zur Festlegung von Anforderungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Formmassen/Zusammensetzungen, Erzeugnissen, Verbindungen und Bauteilkombinationen nach dem jeweils anwendbaren Teil von EN 1566, die als Bestandteil des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers und für die Ein¬führung von Zertifizierungsverfahren vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG Anhang A, Tabelle A.1, enthält in Form einer Matrix der grundlegenden Prüfungen einen Überblick über das Prüfschema.
In Verbindung mit EN 1566 1 ist dieses Dokument anwendbar für Vollwand-Rohrleitungssysteme aus chloriertem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-C), die für Anwendungen zum Ableiten von Abwasser (niedriger und hoher Temperatur) vorgesehen sind:
innerhalb von Gebäuden (Anwendungskennzeichen B);
innerhalb von Gebäuden und erdverlegt innerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungskenn-zeichen BD).

Ta dokument podaja navodila glede zahtev za ugotavljanje skladnosti spojin/formulacij, izdelkov, spojev in sestavov v skladu z veljavnim delom standarda EN 1566, ki naj se jih vključi v poslovnik kakovosti proizvajalca kot del sistema vodenja kakovosti, vsebuje pa tudi navodila za vzpostavitev postopka certificiranja.
OPOMBA: Osnovna preskusna matrika v dodatku A podaja pregled sheme za preskušanje.
Ta dokument se v povezavi s standardom EN 1566-1 (glej evropski predgovor) uporablja za trde cevne sisteme iz kloriranega poli(vinil klorida) (PVC-C) za (nizko- in visokotemperaturne) odvodne sisteme:
– v stavbah (koda območja uporabe »B«);
– tako v stavbah kot zakopanih v tla znotraj gradbene konstrukcije (koda območja uporabe »BD«).

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 4 September 2023 for provisional application.
The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.
CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
