Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-4: Generic standards - Emission standard for industrial environments
This part of IEC 61000 for EMC emission requirements applies to electrical and electronic apparatus intended for use in industrial environments as described below. Emission requirements in the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz are covered. No measurement needs to be performed at frequencies where no requirement is specified. This generic EMC emission standard is applicable if no relevant dedicated product or productfamily EMC emission standard exists. This standard applies to a apparatus intended to be connected to a power network supplied from a high or medium voltage transformer dedicated to the supply of an installation feeding manufacturing or similar plant, and intended to operate in or in proximity to industrial locations, as described below. This standard applies also to apparatus, which is battery operated and intended to be used in industrial locations. The environments encompassed by this standard are industrial, both indoor and outdoor. Industrial locations are in addition characterised by the existence of one or more of the following examples: - industrial, scientific and medical (ISM)1)) apparatus; - heavy inductive or capacitive loads that are frequently switched; - high currents and associated magnetic fields. The object of this standard is to define the emission test requirements for apparatus defined in the scope in relation to continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances. The emission requirements have been selected so as to ensure that disturbances generated by apparatus operating normally in industrial locations do not exceed a level that could prevent other apparatus from operating as intended. Fault conditions of apparatus are not taken into account. Not all disturbance phenomena have been included for testing purposes in this standard but only those considered as relevant for the equipment covered by this standard. These requirements represent essential electromagnetic compatibility emission requirements.

Ta del IEC 61000 za zahteve glede elektromagnetne združljivosti pri oddajanju motenj velja za električne in elektronske aparate, ki se uporabljajo v spodaj opisanih industrijskih okoljih. Zajete so zahteve za oddajanje motenj v frekvenčnem razponu od 0 Hz do 400 GHz. Kjer zahteve niso določene, ni potrebno nobeno merjenje. Ta rodovni standard za elektromagnetno združljivost pri oddajanju motenj velja, če ne obstaja noben ustrezni namenski standard za elektromagnetno združljivost pri oddajanju motenj za posamezen proizvod ali družino proizvodov. Ta standard velja za aparate, povezane z električnim omrežjem, ki ga napaja visoko- ali srednjenapetostni transformator, namenjen napajanju inštalacij, ki oskrbujejo proizvodne ali podobne obrate in delujejo v industrijskih lokacijah ali v njihovi bližini, kot je opisano spodaj. Ta standard velja tudi za aparate, ki delujejo na baterije in se uporabljajo na industrijskih lokacijah. Okolja, ki jih zajema ta standard, so industrijska, v zaprtih prostorih in na prostem. Zahteve za oddajanje motenj so bile izbrane tako, da zagotovijo, da motnje, ki jih proizvaja aparat, ki deluje normalno v industrijski lokaciji, ne presežejo stopnje, nad katero drugi aparati ne morejo delovati, kot je predvideno. Okoliščine okvare aparata niso upoštevane. Vsi pojavi motenj za namene preskušanja niso bili vključeni v ta standard; vključeni so le tisti, ki veljajo za ustrezne za opremo, ki jo zajema ta standard. NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropsko dopolnilo EN 61000-6-4:2007/A1:2011 je pripravil tehnični odbor CLC/TC 210
Elektromagnetna združljivost (EMC). Slovensko dopolnilo SIST EN 61000-6-4:2007/A1:2011 je prevod
evropskega dopolnila EN 61000-6-4:2007/A1:2011. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega
prevoda v tem dopolnilu je odločilen izvirno evropsko dopolnilo v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo
dopolnila je potrdil tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC Elektromagnetna združljivost.
Odločitev za privzem tega dopolnila je v maju 2011 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC
Elektromagnetna združljivost.

To dopolnilo A1 spreminja evropski standard EN 61000-6-4:2007 in ga je CENELEC sprejel
12. januarja 2011. Člani CENELEC morajo izpolnjevati notranje predpise CEN/CENELEC, s katerimi
so predpisani pogoji za privzem tega dopolnila na nacionalno raven brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.
Najnovejši seznami teh nacionalnih standardov z njihovimi bibliografskimi podatki se na zahtevo lahko
dobijo pri Centralnem sekretariatu ali kateremkoli članu CENELEC.
To dopolnilo obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski in nemški). Izdaje v drugih jezikih, ki jih
člani CENELEC na lastno odgovornost prevedejo in izdajo ter prijavijo pri Centralnem sekretariatu,
veljajo kot uradne izdaje.

Predgovor k evropskemu dopolnilu
Besedilo dokumenta CISPR/H/205/FDIS, prihodnje dopolnilo 1 k IEC 61000-6-4:2006, ki ga je pripravil
pododbor CISPR SC H Meje za zaščito radijskih storitev, je CENELEC po vzporednem glasovanju v
IEC in CENELEC 1. januarja 2011 sprejel kot dopolnilo A1 k EN 61000-6-4:2007.
Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da bi lahko bil kateri od elementov tega dokumenta predmet patentnih
pravic. CEN in CENELEC nista odgovorna za identificiranje nobene od teh patentnih pravic.
Določena sta bila naslednja datuma:
– zadnji datum, do katerega mora dopolnilo dobiti status
nacionalnega dopolnila bodisi z objavo istovetnega besedila
ali z razglasitvijo (dop) 2011-10-01
– zadnji datum, ko je treba razveljaviti nacionalne standarde,
ki so z dopolnilom v nasprotju (dow) 2014-01-01
Dodatek ZA je dodal CENELEC.
Razglasitvena objava
Besedilo dopolnila 1:2010 k mednarodnemu standardu IEC 61000-6-4:2006 je CENELEC odobril kot
dopolnilo k evropskemu standardu brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 61000-6-4:2007; it was approved by CENELEC on
2011-01-12. CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.
Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such national standards may be obtained on
application to the Central Secretariat or to any CENELEC member.
This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language
made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to the
Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.
