This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2009, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by December 2009. 4.2.2 Rail seat section The arrangement for the rail seat positive load test is shown in Figure 1, the value of Lr in relation to Lp is detailed in Table 2.
