Plastics piping systems - Elastomeric-sealing-ring-type socket joints of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) for use with PVC-U pipes - Test method for leaktightness under negative pressure (ISO 13844:2000)

This standard specifies a method for testing the leaktightness of: - single sockets of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U); - double sockets of PVC-U; - sockets of PVC-U fittings; with elastomeric sealing rings.  It is applicable to elastomeric-sealing-ring-type socket joints conforming to EN 1452-2 or ISO 4422-2, intended for use with PVC-U pressure pipes.

Diese Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Prüfung der Dichtheit von: - Einzelmuffen aus weichmacherfreien Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U); - Doppelmuffen aus PVC-U; Muffen für Formstücke aus PVC-U; mit elastomeren Dichtringen fest.  Sie ist anwendbar auf Steckmuffenverbindungen mit elastomeren Dichtringen nach EN 1452-2 oder ISO 4422-2, die für die Verwendung mit PVC-U Druckrohren vorgesehen sind.

Cette norme spécifie une méthode d'essai d'étanchéité des: - manchons simples en poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC-U); - doubles manchons en PVC-U; emboîtures des raccords en PVC-U; avec des bagues d'étanchéité en élastomere.  Elle s'applique aux assemblages a l'aide d'emboîture de type a bague d'étanchéité en élastomére selon l'EN 1452-2 ou l'ISO 4422, destinées a etre utilisées avec des tubes pression en PVC-U.
