754.11 Področje uporabe
Posebne zahteve tega oddelka veljajo za električne inštalacije v počitniških prikolicah in avtodomih za nazivne napetosti do 440 V.
Za električne inštalacije v počitniških prikolicah in avtodomih z obratovalno napetostjo 12 V d. c. veljata EN 1648-1 in EN 1648-2.
Ta določila ne veljajo za notranje električne inštalacije mobilnih domov, stalno postavljenih vozil za počitnice ali rekreacijo, prevozna zasilna bivališča in podobna sredstva za začasno bivanje.

Foreword
The texts of the International Standard IEC 60364-7-708:1988 and IEC 60364-7-708/A1:1993,
prepared by IEC TC 64, Electrical installations of buildings, together with the common modifications
prepared by SC 64A, Protection against electric shock, of CENELEC TC 64, Electrical installations of
buildings, were submitted to the formal vote and were approved by CENELEC as HD 384.7.708 S2
and HD 384.7.754 S1 on 2004-07-06.
This Harmonization Document, in conjunction with HD 384.7.708 S2:2005, supersedes
HD 384.7.708 S1:1992.
In this Harmonization Document, the common modifications to the International Standard are indicated
by a vertical line in the left margin of the text.
The numbering of the clauses and subclauses is different from the numbering of the International
Standard.
The following dates were fixed:
– latest date by which the existence of the HD
has to be announced at national level (doa) 2005-01-01
– latest date by which the HD has to be implemented
at national level by publication of a harmonized
national standard or by endorsement (dop) 2006-01-01
– latest date by which the national standards conflicting
with the HD have to be withdrawn (dow) 2007-07-01

Introduction
The requirements of Part 7 supplement, modify or replace certain of the general requirements of
HD 384. The absence of reference to a chapter, section or clause means that the corresponding
general requirements are applicable.
The clause numbering of section 754 follows the pattern and corresponding references of HD 384.
The section numbers are those of the corresponding parts, chapters or sections of HD 384.
NOTE In order not to mix rules on different matters as rules for electrical installation of caravan parks and rules for electrical
installation inside caravans, it was agreed to split the previous document HD 384.7.708 S1 into two sections:
– HD 384.7.708 S2 concerns only caravan parks, and
– HD 384.7.754 S1 concerns caravans and motor-caravans.
754 Electrical installations in caravans and motor-caravans
754.1 Scope and normative references
754.11 Scope
The particular requirements of this section apply to the internal electrical installations of caravans and
motor-caravans for rated voltage not exceeding 440 V.
For electrical installations in caravans and motor-caravans which are operated at 12 V d.c., EN 1648-1
and EN 1648-2 apply.
This standard is not applicable to the internal installations of mobile homes, fixed recreational vehicles,
transportable sheds and the like, temporary premises or structures.

Evropski standard HD 384.7.754 S1:2005 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CENELEC/TC 64 Električne inštalacije.
Slovenski standard SIST HD 384.7.754 S1:2005 je prevod evropskega standarda
HD 384.7.754 S1:2005. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je
odločilen izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični

PREDGOVOR
Besedilo mednarodnega standarda IEC 60364-7-708:1988 in IEC 60364-7-708/A1:1993, ki ga je
pripravil tehnični odbor IEC/TC 64 Električne inštalacije zgradb, skupaj s skupnimi spremembami, ki
jih je pripravil tehnični pododbor SC 64A Zaščita pred električnim udarom v okviru odbora
CENELEC/TC 64 Električne inštalacije zgradb, je bilo predloženo v formalno glasovanje in CENELEC
ga je 6. 7. 2004 sprejel kot HD 384.7.708 S2 in HD 384.7.754 S1.
Ta harmonizacijski dokument skupaj s HD 384.7.708 S2:2005 nadomešča HD 384.7.708 S1:1992.
V tem harmonizacijskem dokumentu so skupne spremembe glede na mednarodni standard označene
z navpično črto na levi strani besedila.
Oštevilčenje točk in podtočk se razlikuje od oštevilčenja v mednarodnem standardu.
Določeni so bili naslednji datumi:
– skrajni datum objave istovetnega HD na nacionalni ravni (doa) 2005-01-01
– skrajni datum, do katerega mora biti HD privzet na nacionalni
ravni, bodisi z objavo harmoniziranega nacionalnega standarda

Uvod
Določila 7. dela dopolnjujejo, spreminjajo ali nadomeščajo splošna določila drugih delov
CENELEC HD 384. Če referenčna poglavja, oddelki ali točke niso navedeni, pomeni, da je na
ustreznih mestih treba uporabiti splošna določila.
Točke 754. oddelka so oštevilčene po vzorcu in ustreznih priporočilih HD 384. Številke oddelkov so
enake kot v ustreznih delih, poglavjih ali oddelkih HD 384.
OPOMBA: Da ne bi prihajalo do zamenjave različnih zahtev za električne inštalacije v avtokampih z zahtevami za
električne inštalacije znotraj počitniških prikolic, je bilo dogovorjeno, da se dosedanji HD 384.7.708 S1 razdeli v
dva oddelka:
– HD 384.7.708 S2, ki vsebuje samo zahteve za avtokampe, in
– HD 384.7.754 S1, ki vsebuje zahteve za počitniške prikolice in avtodome.
