Surface treatment equipment - Noise test code for surface treatment equipment including its ancillary handling equipment - Accuracy grades 2 and 3

This European Standard specifies standardized conditions for the determination, declaration and verification of airborne noise emission of the following surface treatment equipment:
-   machinery for cleaning and pre-treatment of industrial item surfaces (see EN 12921 1, EN 12921 2, EN 12921 3, EN 12921 4);
-   phosphating machinery;
-   plating machinery;
-   plasma surface treatment machinery;
-   machinery for the supply and/or circulation of coating materials under pressure (see EN 12621, EN 12757 1);
-   atomizing and spraying equipment for coating materials (see EN 1953, EN 50050 1, EN 50050 2, EN 50050 3, EN 50059, EN 50176, EN 50177, EN 50348);
-   coating plants (see EN 12215, EN 12581, EN 12981, EN 13355, EN 50223);
-   dryers, ovens and evaporating equipment (see EN 1539);
-   thermal cleaning plants (incinerators) for exhaust gas from surface treatment plants (see EN 12753);
-   dry-ice blasting equipment.
For the above surface treatment machinery, this European Standard gives provisions for the determination of
-   emission sound pressure levels at workstations and/or other specified positions and
-   sound power levels.
This European Standard specifies noise emission measurement methods, mounting and operating conditions that shall be used for the test. The use of this document ensures the reproducibility of the determination of the noise emission characteristics within specified limits determined by the grade of accuracy of the basic noise emission measurement method used (see Clause 4 and Clause 5). Noise emission measurement methods allowed by this document are engineering methods (grade 2) and survey methods (grade 3).
This European Standard does not apply to machines not explicitly listed in the scope:
-   printing, paper converting and paper making machinery and auxiliary equipment (see EN 13023);
-   abrasive blasting machinery see EN 1265.

Oberflächenbehandlungsgeräte - Geräuschmessverfahren für Oberflächenbehandlungsgeräte einschließlich ihrer Be- und Entladeeinrichtungen - Genauigkeitsklassen 2 und 3

Dieses Dokument präzisiert alle notwendigen Informationen zur Bestimmung, Angabe und Überprüfung der luftgetragenen Geräusch-Emissionswerte von folgenden Oberflächenbehandlungsgeräten:
   Maschinen zur Oberflächenreinigung und -vorbehandlung von industriellen Produkten (siehe EN 12921-1, EN 12921-2, EN 12921-3, EN 12921-4),
   Förder- und Umlaufanlagen für Beschichtungsstoffe unter Druck (siehe EN 12621, EN 12757-1),
   Spritz- und Sprühgeräte für Beschichtungsstoffe (siehe EN 1953, EN 50050-1, EN 50050-2, EN 50050-3, EN 50059, EN 50177, EN 50348),
   Beschichtungsanlagen (siehe EN 12215, EN 12581, EN 12981, EN 13355, EN 50223),
   Trockner, Öfen und Verdunstungseinrichtungen (siehe EN 1539),
   Thermische Reinigungssysteme für Abluft aus Anlagen zur Oberflächenbehandlung (siehe EN 12753),
   Einrichtungen zum Trockeneisstrahlen.
Für obengenannte Maschinen zur Oberflächenbehandlung beschreibt diese Europäische Norm Anforderungen für die Bestimmung der
   Emissionsschalldruckpegel an Arbeitsplätzen und / oder anderen definierten Orten und
   Schallleistungspegel.
Diese Norm legt Geräuschmessverfahren, Aufstellungs- und Befestigungsbedingungen sowie die Betriebsbedingungen für die Geräuschmessung fest. Die Anwendung dieser Norm stellt die Reproduzier-barkeit der Bestimmung der Kenndaten für das Geräuschmessverfahren innerhalb festgelegter Grenzen sicher, die durch die Genauigkeitsklasse der verwendeten Rahmenmessnorm (siehe Abschnitte 4 und 5) bestimmt werden. Diese Norm erlaubt Geräuschmessungen der Genauigkeitsklassen 2 und 3.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Maschinen, die nicht im Anwendungsbereich aufgeführt sind:
   Galvanikmaschinen,
   Plasma-Oberflächenbehandlungsmaschinen,
   Druck-, Papierverarbeitungs- und Papierherstellungsmaschinen (siehe EN 13023),
   Strahlmaschinen (siehe EN 1265).

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les conditions normalisées pour la détermination, la déclaration et la vérification du bruit aérien émis par les machines de traitement de surface suivantes :
-   machines de nettoyage et de prétraitement de surfaces de pièces industrielles (voir l’EN 12921-1, l’EN 12921-2, l’EN 12921-3, l’EN 12921-4) ;
-   machine de phosphatation ;
-   machine de à plaquer ;
-   machine de traitement de surface au plasma ;
-   machines pour la fourniture et/ou la circulation des matériaux de revêtement sous pression (voir l’EN 12621, l’EN 12757-1) ;
-   équipements d’atomisation ou de pulvérisation pour les matériaux de revêtement (voir l’EN 1953, l’EN 50050-1, l’EN 50050-2, l’EN 50050-3, l’EN 50059, l’EN 50176, l’EN 50177, l’EN 50348) ;
-   installations d’application (voir l’EN 12215, l’EN 12581, l’EN 12981, l’EN 13355, l’EN 50223) ;
-   enceintes de séchage, fours et équipements d'évaporation (voir l’EN 1539) ;
-   installations de nettoyage thermique (incinérateurs) pour l’air extrait des installations de traitement de surface (voir l’EN 12753) ;
-   équipements de projection de glace sèche.
Pour les équipements de traitement de surface ci-dessus, la présente Norme européenne fournit des dispositions pour la détermination des :
-   niveaux d'émission de pression acoustique aux postes de travail et/ou en d'autres positions spécifiées ;
-   niveaux de puissance acoustique.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les méthodes de mesurage des émissions acoustique, et les conditions de montage et de fonctionnement qui doivent être utilisées pour l'essai. L’utilisation du présent document garantit la reproductibilité de la détermination des caractéristiques d’émission sonore dans les limites spécifiées déterminées par la classe de précision de la méthode de mesurage acoustique de base utilisée (voir Article 4 et Article 5). Les méthodes de mesurage des émissions acoustique autorisées par le présent document sont des méthodes d’expertise (classe 2) et des méthodes de contrôle (classe 3).
La présente Norme européenne ne s’applique pas aux machines qui ne sont pas explicitement référencées dans le domaine d’application :
-   les machines d'impression, de transformation et de fabrication du papier ainsi que l’équipement auxiliaire (voir l’EN 13023) ;
-   les machines de projection d'abrasifs (voir l’EN 1265).

Ta evropski standard določa standardizirane pogoje za določanje, objavljanje in preverjanje emisij hrupa naprav za površinsko obdelavo:

– opreme za čiščenje s suhim ledom.
Za zgoraj navedene stroje za površinsko obdelavo vsebuje ta evropski standard določbe za določanje
– emisij ravni hrupa na delovnih postajah in/ali drugih določenih mestih ter
– ravni zvočne moči.
Ta evropski standard določa postopke za merjenje emisij hrupa, zahteve za namestitev/montažo in pogoje delovanja, ki jih je treba uporabiti za preskus. Uporaba tega dokumenta zagotavlja ponovljivost določanja značilnosti emisij hrupa v določenih mejah, ki jih določa razred točnosti uporabljene osnovne metode merjenja emisij hrupa (glej točki 4 in 5). Metode merjenja emisij hrupa, ki jih dovoljuje ta dokument, so inženirske metode (razred 2) in metode raziskovanja (razred 3).
Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za stroje, ki niso izrecno navedeni:
– stroji za galvaniziranje,
– stroji za površinsko obdelavo s plazmo,
