Plastics piping systems for water supply and for buried and above-ground drainage and sewerage under pressure - Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) - Part 7: Guidance for the assessment of conformity

This part of EN ISO 1452 gives guidance for the assessment of conformity of compounds/formulations, products, joints and assemblies in accordance with the applicable parts of EN ISO 1452 intended to be included in the manufacturer’s quality plan as part of the quality management system and for the establishment of certification procedures.
It is recommended that the quality management system conforms to or is no less stringent than the relevant requirements to EN ISO 9001 [1].
NOTE   If certification is involved, the certification body and inspection body is preferably compliant with EN 45011 [2], EN 45012 [3] or EN ISO/IEC 17021 [4], as applicable.
In conjunction with Parts 1 to 5 of EN ISO 1452 (see Foreword) this document is applicable to unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) plastics piping systems for water supply and for buried and above-ground drainage and sewerage under pressure.

Dieser Teil von EN ISO 1452 enthält Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Form¬massen/
Zubereitungen, Erzeugnissen, Verbindungen und Bauteilkombinationen entsprechend der zutreffenden Teile der EN ISO 1452, die als Teil des Qualitäts¬management¬systems im Qualitäts¬sicherungs¬plan des Herstellers und für die Einführung von Zertifizierungsverfahren vorgesehen sind.
Es wird empfohlen, dass das Qualitätsmanagementsystem EN ISO 9001 [1] oder mindestens ebenso strengen Anforderungen entspricht.
ANMERKUNG   Bei einer Zertifizierung entsprechen die Zertifizierungsstelle und die Überwachungsstelle in Abhängigkeit von der Anwendung vorzugsweise EN 45011 [2], EN 45012 [3] oder EN ISO/IEC 17021 [4].
Dieses Dokument gilt in Verbindung mit den Teilen 1 bis 5 der EN ISO 1452 (siehe Vorwort) für Kunst¬stoff-Rohrleitungs¬systeme aus weichmacherfreiem Poly(vinylchlorid) (PVC-U) für die Wasserversorgung sowie für erdverlegte und nicht erdverlegte Entwässerungs- und Abwasserdruckleitungen.

La présente partie de l'EN ISO 1452 fournit un guide pour l'évaluation de la conformité des compositions/formulations, produits, assemblages et montages en conformité avec les parties applicables de l'EN ISO 1452, destiné à être inclus dans le plan qualité du fabricant dans le cadre du système de management de la qualité et pour l’établissement de procédures de certification.
NOTE 1   Il est recommandé que le système de management de la qualité soit conforme aux exigences pertinentes de l'EN ISO 9001 [1] ou au moins aussi strict que ces exigences.
NOTE 2   En cas de certification, l'organisme de certification et l'organisme de contrôle sont de préférence en conformité avec l'EN ISO/CEI 17065 [5] ou l'EN ISO/CEI 17021 [3], suivant le cas.
Conjointement avec les Parties 1 à 5 de l’EN ISO 1452 (voir l'Avant-propos), le présent document s'applique aux systèmes de canalisations en plastique poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC—U) destinés à être utilisés pour l’alimentation en eau et pour les branchements et collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés et aériens avec pression.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 9 December 2013 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS)
until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
