This document specifies the dimensional, physical-chemical, design, hydraulic, mechanical and acoustic characteristics of mechanical disconnectors, direct actuated Family G, Type A.
This document is applicable to mechanical disconnectors in nominal sizes DN 8 up to DN 250, intended to prevent the return of water having lost its original sanitary and drinking qualities (called “polluted water” in this document), into the potable water distribution system whenever the pressure of the latter is temporarily lower than in the polluted circuit.
This document covers the mechanical disconnectors of PN 10 that are capable of working without modification or adjustment:
— at any pressure up to 1,0 MPa (10 bar);
— with any pressure variation up to 1,0 MPa (10 bar);
— in permanent duty at a limit temperature of 65 °C and 90 °C for 1 h maximum.
It specifies also the test methods and requirements for verifying these characteristics, the marking and the presentation at delivery.

Dieses Dokument legt die maßlichen und physikalisch-chemischen Anforderungen, die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, die hydraulischen, mechanischen und akustischen Anforderungen an nicht durchfluss¬gesteuerte Rohrtrenner, Familie G, Typ A, fest.
Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für mechanische Rohrtrenner der Nennweiten DN 8 bis DN 250, die verhindern sollen, dass Wasser, das seine ursprüngliche Qualität für sanitäre Zwecke und als Trinkwasser verloren hat (in diesem Dokument „verunreinigtes Wasser“ genannt) in das Trinkwasserversorgungsnetz zurückfließt, wenn der Druck in diesem Netz vorübergehend niedriger ist als in dem verunreinigten Kreislauf.
Dieses Dokument behandelt die mechanischen Rohrtrenner mit der Druckstufe PN 10, die ohne Abänderung oder Nachstellung funktionsfähig sind:
— bei jedem Druck bis 1,0 MPa (10 bar);
— bei jeder Druckschwankung bis 1,0 MPa (10 bar);
— unter Dauerbelastung bei einer Grenztemperatur von 65 °C sowie bei 90 °C für höchstens 1 h.
Dieses Dokument legt ferner die Prüfverfahren und die Anforderungen für den Nachweis dieser Eigenschaften, die Kennzeichnung und den Lieferzustand fest.

Le présent document spécifie les caractéristiques dimensionnelles, physico chimiques, de conception, hydrauliques, mécaniques et acoustiques des disconnecteurs mécaniques à action directe de famille G, type A.
Le présent document s’applique aux disconnecteurs mécaniques dont le diamètre nominal va de DN 8 à DN 250, destinés à éviter le retour d’une eau ayant perdu ses qualités sanitaires et alimentaires d’origine (appelée « eau polluée » dans le présent document) dans le réseau d’eau potable lorsque la pression dans ce dernier est temporairement plus faible que dans le circuit pollué.
Le présent document couvre les disconnecteurs mécaniques de PN 10 pouvant fonctionner sans modification ni réglage :
— à toute pression jusqu’à 1,0 MPa (10 bar) ;
— pour toute variation de pression jusqu’à 1,0 MPa (10 bar) ;
— en service continu à une température limite de 65 °C et 90 °C pendant une durée d’une heure maximum.
Il spécifie également les méthodes d’essai et les exigences pour vérifier leurs caractéristiques, le marquage et la présentation à la livraison.

Ta dokument določa dimenzijske, fizikalno-kemijske, konstrukcijske, hidravlične, mehanske in akustične lastnosti mehanskih ločilnikov z neposrednim aktiviranjem, družina G, tip A.
Ta dokument se uporablja za mehanske ločilnike nazivnih velikosti od DN 8 do DN 250, namenjene preprečevanju povratnega toka vode, ki je izgubila prvotne sanitarne in pitne lastnosti (v tem dokumentu imenovana »onesnažena voda«), v sistem za distribucijo pitne vode, kadar koli je tlak v sistemu začasno nižji kot v onesnaženem krogotoku.
Ta dokument zajema mehanske ločilnike PN 10, ki lahko delujejo brez spreminjanja ali prilagajanja:
– pri poljubnem tlaku do 1,0 MPa (10 bar);
– pri poljubnem nihanju tlaka do 1,0 MPa (10 bar);
– pri trajnem obratovanju največ 1 uro ob mejni temperaturi 65 °C in 90 °C.
Določa tudi preskusne metode in zahteve za preverjanje teh lastnosti, označevanje in predstavitev ob dobavi.
