IEC 62641:2022 specifies the mechanical and electrical properties of round and formed wires for equivalent diameters up to the values according to Table 3 for aluminium and aluminium alloys and according to Table 4 for thermal resistant alloys. This document is applicable to aluminium and aluminium alloy wires for the manufacture of concentric lay overhead electrical stranded conductors with or without gap(s) for power transmission purposes.
The various materials and their designations are listed in Table 1. For calculation purposes, the values listed in Table 1 are used.
This first edition cancels and replaces the second edition of IEC 60104 published in 1987, the first edition of IEC 60121 published in 1960, the first edition of IEC 60889 published in 1987, and the first edition of IEC 62004 published in 2007. This edition constitutes a technical revision.
This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous editions of IEC 60104, IEC 60121, IEC 60889 and IEC 62004:
- designations of aluminium alloys are modified;
- aluminium alloys A4, AL4 and AL5 are added;
- wire diameter ranges for indicating mechanical properties are modified and extended;
- test methods are merged.

La CEI 62641:2022 spécifie les propriétés mécaniques et électriques des fils ronds et de forme pour des diamètres équivalents jusqu’aux valeurs indiquées dans le Tableau 3 pour l’aluminium et les alliages d’aluminium et dans le Tableau 4 pour les alliages résistants à la chaleur. Le présent document s’applique aux fils d’aluminium et en alliage d’aluminium destinés à la fabrication de conducteurs toronnés à couches concentriques pour lignes électriques aériennes, avec ou sans espace(s) pour le transport d’énergie.
Les différents matériaux et leurs désignations sont énumérés dans le Tableau 1. INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is threefold.
First, it is to group together similar wire materials that share the same general characteristics
and therefore the same test procedures and requirements. These wires are existing aluminium
and aluminium alloy wires from IEC 60104, IEC 60121, IEC 60889 and IEC 62004 as well as
from EN 50183.
Secondly, this format allows an easier standard maintenance, as multiple wire materials are
covered by a single document instead of separate documents.
Thirdly, this document indicates the most used wire materials worldwide, based on the
cooperation agreement between IEC and CENELEC, an IEC questionnaire in 2017 (7/672/Q,
Annex A) and a CENELEC questionnaire (7X/SEC0056/CC). The standardized materials form
a good basis which can be extended by others used in regions and countries.

NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN IEC 62641:2023 (sl), Vodniki za nadzemne vode – Aluminijaste žice in žice iz
aluminijeve zlitine za koncentrične pletene vodnike (IEC 62641:2022), 2023, ima status slovenskega
standarda in je istoveten evropskemu standardu, EN IEC 62641:2022 (en), Conductors for overhead
lines – Aluminium and aluminium alloy wires for concentric lay stranded conductors (IEC 62641:2022).
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard IEC 62641:2023 je pripravil tehnični odbor Mednarodne elektrotehniške komisije
IEC/TC 7 Vodniki za nadzemne vode, potrdil pa tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CLC/TC 7X Vodniki za nadzemne vode, katerega sekretariat vodi
DKE. Slovenski standard SIST EN IEC 62641:2023 je prevod evropskega standarda EN IEC
62641:2022. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni
evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC
NVV Nadzemni vodi in vodniki.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je 22. novembra 2022 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC NVV
Nadzemni vodi.

Ta evropski standard je CENELEC sprejel 8. aprila 2022. Člani CENELEC morajo izpolnjevati notranje
predpise CEN/CENELEC, ki določajo pogoje, pod katerimi dobi ta evropski standard status nacionalnega
standarda brez kakršnihkoli sprememb.
Najnovejši seznami in bibliografski podatki v zvezi s takšnimi nacionalnimi standardi se na zahtevo lahko

Ta evropski standard obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski, nemški). Izdaje v katerihkoli drugih
jezikih, ki jih člani CENELEC na lastno odgovornost prevedejo in izdajo ter prijavijo pri Upravnem centru CEN-
CENELEC, veljajo kot uradne izdaje.

Besedilo dokumenta 7/713/FDIS, prihodnje 1. izdaje standarda IEC 62641, ki ga je pripravil tehnični
odbor IEC/TC 7 "Nadzemni električni vodi", je bilo predloženo v vzporedno glasovanje IEC-CENELEC
in ga je CENELEC sprejel kot EN IEC 62641:2022.
Določena sta naslednja datuma:
‒ zadnji datum, do katerega mora dobiti ta dokument (dop) 2023-04-11
status nacionalnega standarda bodisi z objavo
istovetnega besedila ali razglasitvijo
‒ zadnji datum, do katerega je treba razveljaviti (dow) 2025-04-11

Ta dokument nadomešča standarde EN 62004:2009, EN 50183:2000 in EN 60889:1997 ter vsa
njihova dopolnila in popravke (če obstajajo).
Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da bi lahko bil kateri od elementov tega dokumenta predmet patentnih
pravic. CENELEC ni odgovornen za identificiranje nobene od teh patentnih pravic.

MEDNARODNA ELEKTROTEHNIŠKA KOMISIJA
VODNIKI ZA NADZEMNE VODE – ALUMINIJASTE ŽICE IN ŽICE IZ
ALUMINIJEVE ZLITINE ZA KONCENTRIČNE PLETENE VODNIKE
PREDGOVOR
1) Mednarodna elektrotehniška komisija (IEC) je svetovna organizacija za standardizacijo, ki
združuje vse nacionalne elektrotehniškne komiteje (nacionalni komiteji IEC). Cilj IEC je
pospeševati mednarodno sodelovanje v vseh vprašanjih standardizacije s področja
elektrotehnike in elektronike. V ta namen poleg drugih dejavnosti izdaja mednarodne standarde,
tehnične specifikacije, tehnična poročila, javno dostopne specifikacije (PAS) in vodila (v
nadaljevanju: publikacije IEC). Za njihovo pripravo so odgovorni tehnični odbori; vsak nacionalni
komite IEC, ki ga zanima obravnavana tema, lahko sodeluje v tem pripravljalnem delu. Prav tako
lahko v pripravi sodelujejo mednarodne, vladne in nevladne organizacije, ki so povezane z IEC.
IEC deluje v tesni povezavi z Mednarodno organizacijo za standardizacijo (ISO) skladno s
pogoji, določenimi v sporazumu med obema organizacijama.
2) Uradne odločitve ali sporazumi IEC o tehničnih vprašanjih, pripravljeni v tehniških odborih, kjer
so prisotni vsi nacionalni komiteji, ki jih tema zanima, izražajo, kolikor je mogoče, mednarodno
soglasje o obravnavani temi.
3) Publikacije IEC imajo obliko priporočil za mednarodno uporabo in jih kot takšne sprejmejo
nacionalni komiteji IEC. Čeprav IEC skuša po najboljših močeh zagotavljati točnost tehničnih
vsebin v publikacijah IEC, IEC ne more biti odgovoren za način njihove uporabe ali za
kakršnokoli napačno razlago katerihkoli končnih uporabnikov.
4) Za pospeševanje mednarodnega poenotenja so se nacionalni komiteji IEC zavezali, da bodo v
svojih nacionalnih in regionalnih publikacijah čim pregledneje uporabljati publikacije IEC. Vsako
odstopanje med katerokoli publikacijo IEC in ustrezno nacionalno ali regionalno publikacijo je
treba to v slednji jasno označiti.
5) IEC sam ne izvaja potrjevanja skladnosti. Storitve ugotavljanja skladnosti in na nekaterih
področjih dostop do oznak skladnosti IEC zagotavljajo neodvisni certifikacijski organi. IEC ne
prevzema odgovornosti za nobeno od storitev, ki jih izvajajo neodvisni certifikacijski organi.
6) Vsi uporabniki naj si zagotovijo, da imajo zadnjo izdajo te publikacije.
7) IEC ali njegovi direktorji, zaposleni, uslužbenci ali agenti, vključno s posameznimi izvedenci ter
člani njegovih tehničnih odborov in nacionalnih komitejev IEC, ne prevzemajo nobene
odgovornosti za kakršnokoli osebno poškodbo, premoženjsko škodo ali katerokoli drugo škodo
kakršnekoli vrste, bodisi posredne ali neposredne, ali za stroške (vključno z odvetniškimi stroški)
in izdatke, nastale zaradi te publikacije, njene uporabe ali zanašanja na to publikacijo IEC ali
katerokoli drugo publikacijo IEC.
8) Opozoriti je treba na zveze s standardi, navedene v tej publikaciji. Uporaba navedenih publikacij
je nujna za pravilno uporabo te publikacije.
9) Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da bi lahko bil kateri od elementov te publikacije IEC predmet
patentnih pravic. IEC ni odgovoren za identificiranje nobene od teh patentnih pravic.
Mednarodni standard IEC 62641 je pripravil tehniški odbor IEC 7 Nadzemni električni vodi.

Ta prva izdaja razveljavlja in nadomešča drugo izdajo standarda IEC 60104, objavljeno leta 1987,
prvo izdajo standarda IEC 60121, objavljeno leta 1960, prvo izdajo standarda IEC 60889, objavljeno
leta 1987, in prvo izdajo standarda IEC 62004, objavljeno leta 2007. Ta izdaja predstavlja tehnično
revizijo.
Ta izdaja vključuje naslednje pomembne tehnične spremembe glede na prejšnje izdaje standardov
IEC 60104, IEC 60121, IEC 60889 in IEC 62004:
a) oznake aluminijevih zlitin so spremenjene;
b) aluminijeve zlitine A4, AL4 in AL5 so dodane;
c) območja premerov žice za označevanje mehanskih lastnosti so spremenjena in razširjena;
d) preskusne metode so združene.
Besedilo tega mednarodnega standarda temelji na naslednjih dokumentih:

Vse informacije o glasovanju za potrditev tega standarda so na voljo v poročilu o glasovanju,

Jezik, uporabljen za razvoj tega mednarodnega standarda, je angleščina.
Ta dokument je bil pripravljen v skladu z 2. delom Direktiv ISO/IEC in razvit v skladu s 1. delom
Direktiv ISO/IEC in direktivami ISO/IEC, dodatkom IEC, ki je na voljo na
www.iec.ch/members_experts/refdocs. Glavne vrste dokumentov, ki jih je razvil IEC, so podrobneje

Odbor je sklenil, da bo vsebina tega dokumenta ostala nespremenjena do datuma stabilnosti,

UVOD
Prvič, gre za združevanje podobnih žičnih materialov v skupine, ki imajo enake splošne značilnosti in
zato enake preskusne postopke in zahteve. Te žice so obstoječe aluminijaste žice in žice iz
aluminijevih zlitin iz IEC 60104, IEC 60121, IEC 60889 in IEC 62004 ter iz EN 50183.
Drugič, ta oblika dokumenta omogoča lažje vzdrževanje standardov, saj je več žičnih materialov
zajetih v enem samem dokumentu, namesto v več ločenih dokumentih.
Tretjič, ta dokument na podlagi sporazuma o sodelovanju med IEC in CENELEC, vprašalnika IEC iz
leta 2017 (7/672/Q, dodatek A) in vprašalnika CENELEC (7X/SEC0056/CC) navaja najpogosteje
uporabljene žične materiale po vsem svetu. Standardizirani materiali tvorijo dobro podlago, ki jo je
mogoče razširiti z drugimi, ki se uporabljajo v regijah in državah.

ALUMINIJEVE ZLITINE ZA KONCENTRIČNE PLETENE VODNIKE
1 Področje uporabe
Ta dokument določa mehanske in električne lastnosti okroglih in oblikovanih žic za enakovredne
premere do vrednosti, navedene v skladu s preglednico 3 za aluminij in aluminijeve zlitine ter v skladu
s preglednico 4 za toplotno odporne zlitine. Ta dokument se uporablja za aluminijaste žice in žice iz
aluminijeve zlitine za proizvodnjo koncentrično pletenih nadzemnih električnih vodnikov z vrzelmi ali
brez njih, namenjenih za prenos električne energije.
