FOREWORD
This amendment A1 of IEC 62271-215:2021 has been prepared by JWG 34 of technical
subcommittee 17C: ASSEMBLIES.
This amendment includes the following changes:
a) moving the specific requirement of the amplitudes of the single measuring voltage of VDIS
from 6.4 to 6.5.1 and giving precisions on the corresponding test in 7.5.1;
b) adding precision on limitation of the phase comparator providing only one active signal in
6.5.2 and the corresponding warning to be put in the marking and in the instruction for use;
c) precisions in 6.9 on the design of the male plug to be accepted by testing points;
d) Figure 8 void;
e) correction of vibration test in 6.15.3.
