Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - Welding procedure specification - Part 5: Resistance welding (ISO 15609-5:2004)

This standard specifies requirements for the content of welding procedure specifications for resistance spot, seam, butt and projection welding processes. The acceptability of applying the principles of the standard to other resistance and related welding processes should be established before any qualification is undertaken.
This standard is part of a series of standards. Details of this series are given in EN ISO 15607:2003, annex A.
Variables listed in this standard are those influencing either weld dimensions (quality), weld nugget dimension, weld pattern positioning, mechanical properties or geometry of the welded joint.

Anforderung und Qualifizierung von Schweißverfahren für metallische Werkstoffe - Schweißanweisung - Teil 5: Widerstandsschweißen (ISO 15609-5:2004)

Diese Norm legt fest, wie die Schweißanweisungen die Anforderungen an den Inhalt von Widerstandspunkt-, Rollennaht-, Preßstumpf- und Buckel-Schweißprozessen erfüllen. Die Grundsätze dieser Norm können auch für andere Widerstands- sowie verwandte Schweißprozesse angewendet werden, wenn sie Gegenstand von Vereinbarungen zwischen den Vertragspartnern sind. Diese Norm ist Teil einer Normenreihe. Anhang D gibt Einzelheiten dieser Normenreihe wieder.

La présente norme spécifie les prescriptions relatives au contenu des descriptifs de modes opératoires de soudage pour les procédés de soudage par résistance par points, a la molette, en bout et par bossages. Les principes de la présente norme peuvent également etre appliqués a d'autres procédés de soudage par résistance ou assimilés sous réserve d'un accord entre les parties contractantes. La présente norme fait partie d'une série de normes. L'annexe D fournit des détails sur cette série de normes.
