Plastics piping systems - Brackets for rainwater piping systems - Test method for bracket strength

This standard specifies a method for testing the strength of fixing brackets intended to support plastics rainwater downpipe systems used externally on buildings. It is applicable to both metal and plastics brackets, and determines the amount of residual deformation after removal of a specified test load.

Sie ist anwendbar sowohl für Metall- als auch für Kunststoff-Schellen und bestimmt den Betrag bleibender Verformung nach Wegnahme einer festgelegten Prüfbelastung.

La présente norme spécifie une méthode d'essai de résistance des colliers de fixation destinés a supporter des systemes de descente pluviale en plastique, a l'extérieur des bâtiments. Elle s'applique a la fois aux colliers métalliques et en plastique et détermine l'ampleur de la déformation résiduelle suite au retrait d'une charge d'essai spécifiée.
