Cryogenic vessels - Cryogenic flexible hoses

This standard gives design, construction, type and production testing, and marking requirements for non insulated cryogenic flexible hose used for the transfer of cryogenic fluids within the following range of operating conditions : - working temperature: from - 270 °C to + 65 °C ; - maximum nominal pressure: 80 bar ; - nominal size (DN): from 10 to 100. End fittings for mounting of any couplings are within the scope of this standard, but the couplings are subject to other standards. It is intended that the hose be designed and tested to satisfy the generally accepted nominal pressure e.g. PN 40. Hoses may then be selected with a PN equal to or greater than the maximum allowable pressure (PS) of the equipment to which it is to be used.

Die vorliegende Norm legt Mindestanforderungen für Bemessung, Bau, Produktions- und Abnahmeprüfung sowie Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Kennzeichnung von nicht-isolierten tiefkalten flexiblen Schlauchleitungen fest, die bei der Übertragung tiefkalter Fluide zur Verbindung tiefkalter Systeme im folgenden Bereich von Betriebsbedingungen verwendet werden: Arbeitstemperaturbereich: von -270 °C bis +65 °C; höchstzulässiger Nenndruck: 50 bar; Nennweite (DN): von 10 bis 100.

La présente norme spécifie la conception, la construction, les essais de type et de production ainsi que les prescriptions de marquage minimaux en ce qui concerne les flexibles cryogéniques non isolés utilisés pour le raccordement de systèmes cryogéniques lors du transfert de fluides cryogéniques dans la plage suivante de conditions de fonctionnement: - plage de la température de fonctionnement: entre - 270 °C et + 65 °C; - pression nominale maximale: 50 bar; - diamètre nominal (DN): entre 10 et 100.
