Railway applications - Call for aid and communication device - Requirements

This European Standard specifies the functional requirements for Call For Aid and Communication devices fitted in trains:
-   the functional requirements for a Call For Aid and Communication device;
-   the dynamic analysis of the Call For Aid system.
NOTE 1   The Call For Aid function on existing vehicles may require modification to work in conjunction with vehicles that comply with this European Standard.
NOTE 2   The Call For Aid function is separate from the Passenger Alarm System (PAS), which is provided to deal with emergency situations. The PAS is described in EN 16334.
NOTE 3   The communication device is different from the PAS, but it can share some parts of the PAS to achieve its functionalities.
NOTE 4   The PAS is regarded as a safety relevant system whereas the CFA and communication device are non-critical aids to passengers.

Bahnanwendungen - Hilferufvorrichtung und Kommunikationseinrichtung für Fahrgäste - Anforderungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt folgendes fest:
   die funktionalen Anforderungen an eine Hilferufvorrichtung und an eine Kommunikationseinrichtung;
   die dynamische Analyse eines Hilferufsystems.
ANMERKUNG 1   Hilferufsysteme in bestehenden Fahrzeugen erfordern unter Umständen Anpassungen, damit diese mit Fahrzeugen kompatibel sind, die der vorliegenden Europäischen Norm entsprechen.
ANMERKUNG 2   Die Hilferuffunktion wird getrennt vom Fahrgastalarmsystem (PAS) betrachtet, welches für Notfälle konzipiert wurde. Das PAS ist in EN 16334 beschrieben.
ANMERKUNG 3   Die Kommunikationseinrichtung gehört nicht zum PAS, kann jedoch Bestandteile des PAS nutzen, um ihre Funktionalität zu erreichen.
ANMERKUNG 4   Das PAS wird als sicherheitsrelevantes System betrachtet, während es sich bei der Hilferufvorrichtung und der Kommunikationseinrichtung um nicht sicherheitsrelevante Hilfsmittel für Fahrgäste handelt.

Applications ferroviaires - Dispositifs d'appel à l'aide et de communication à disposition des passagers - Prescriptions

La présente norme spécifie les exigences fonctionnelles relatives aux dispositifs d’appel à l’aide et de communication installés dans les trains :
-   les exigences fonctionnelles relatives à un dispositif d’appel à l’aide et de communication ;
-   l'analyse dynamique du système d’appel à l’aide.
NOTE 1   La fonction d’appel à l’aide sur les véhicules existants peut nécessiter une modification pour fonctionner avec des véhicules conformes à la présente norme.
NOTE 2   La fonction d’appel à l’aide est séparée du système d'alarme passager (PAS) qui est fourni pour gérer des situations d'urgence. Le PAS est décrit dans l'EN 16334.
NOTE 3   Le dispositif de communication est différent du PAS, mais il peut partager certaines parties du PAS pour réaliser ses fonctionnalités.
NOTE 4   Le PAS est considéré comme un système approprié de sécurité alors que le CFA et le dispositif de communication sont des aides non-critiques pour les passagers.

Železniške naprave - Naprava za klic v sili in naprave za sporočanje, namenjene potnikom - Zahteve

Ta evropski standard določa funkcionalne zahteve glede sistemov za klic v sili in naprav za sporočanje, nameščenih v vlakih:
– funkcionalne zahteve za sistem za klic v sili in napravo za sporočanje;
– dinamična analiza sistema za klic v sili.
OPOMBA 1: Za funkcijo za klic v sili v obstoječih vozilih se lahko zahteva izvedba sprememb za delovanje v povezavi z vozili, ki so v skladu s tem evropskim standardom.
OPOMBA 2: Funkcija za klic v sili je ločena od potniškega alarmnega sistema (PAS), ki se uporablja za primere v sili. Sistem PAS je opisan v standardu EN 16334.
OPOMBA 3: Naprava za sporočanje se razlikuje od sistema PAS, vendar lahko za svoje delovanje souporablja nekatere komponente sistema PAS.
