Agricultural machinery - Potato harvesting equipment - Safety

This standard specifies specific safety requirements and their verification for the design and construction of potato harvesting machines trailed, mounted or self-propelled which carry out one or more of the following operations: haulm chopping, lifting, picking-up, cleaning, conveying and unloading of potatoes.
This standard is applicable for machines which can be used without modification for harvesting of other crops.
In addition, it specifies the type of information on safe working practices to be provided by the manufacturer.
The list of significant hazards dealt with in this standard is given in Annex A. Annex A also indicates the hazards which have not been dealt with.
Environmental aspects have not been considered in this standard.
This standard applies primarily to machines which are manufactured after the date of issue of the standard.

Landmaschinen - Kartoffelerntemaschinen - Sicherheit

Diese Norm enthält besondere sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und deren Überprüfung für die Gestaltung und Konstruktion von gezogenen, angebauten oder selbstfahrenden Kartoffelerntemaschinen, die eine oder mehrere der folgenden Arbeiten ausführen: Krautschlagen, Roden, Aufsammeln, Reinigen, Fördern und Entladen von Kartoffeln.
Diese Norm gilt für Maschinen, die ohne Änderungen zur Ernte von anderen Früchten eingesetzt werden können.
Außerdem gibt sie Informationen über sicheres Arbeiten, die vom Hersteller zur Verfügung zu stellen sind.
Die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die in dieser Norm angesprochen werden, ist in Anhang A aufge-führt. Anhang A weist auch auf die Gefährdungen hin, die nicht behandelt wurden.
Die Umweltaspekte wurden in dieser Norm nicht in Betracht gezogen.
Diese Norm gilt in erster Linie für Maschinen, die nach dem Ausgabedatum der Norm hergestellt worden sind.

Matériel agricole - Matériel de récolte de pommes de terre -Sécurité

La présente norme détermine les prescriptions spécifiques de sécurité et les vérifications pour la conception et la
construction des machines de récolte de pommes de terre portées, traînées ou automotrices qui effectuent une ou
plusieurs des opérations suivantes : défanage, arrachage, ramassage, nettoyage, convoyage et déchargement des
pommes de terre.
Cette norme est applicable aux machines qui peuvent être utilisées, sans modification, pour la récolte
d'autres cultures.
En outre, elle spécifie le type d'informations que le fabricant doit donner sur les pratiques d'utilisation sûre.
La liste des phénomènes dangereux significatifs traités dans cette norme est donnée en Annexe A. L'Annexe A
indique également les phénomènes dangereux qui n'ont pas été traités.
Les aspects liés à l'environnement n'ont pas été pris en compte dans cette norme.
La présente norme s'applique avant tout aux machines fabriquées après la date de publication de la norme.
