EN 12345:1998

Welding - Multilingual terms for welded joints with illustrations

This European standard describes by pictorial representation most of the more common terms, in English, French and German, for types of joints, joint preparation and welds. This standard can be used on its own or in conjunction with EN 1792 and other, similar standards.

Schweißen - Mehrsprachige Benennungen für Schweißverbindungen mit bildlichen Darstellungen

Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt durch bildliche Darstellungen in den Sprachen Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch die meisten üblichen Begriffe für Stoßarten, Fugenvorbereitungen und Schweißverbindungen. Diese Norm kann entweder für sich allein oder in Verbindung mit EN 1792, bzw. anderen ähnlichen Normen benutzt werden.

La présente norme européenne classifie par représentation graphique la plupart des termes les plus courants utilisés en anglais, français et en allemand pour décrire les types d'assemblages, de préparations de joints et de soudures. Elle peut s'utiliser seule ou en liaison avec l'EN 1792 ainsi qu'avec d'autres normes analogues.
