Translation services - Service requirements

This European Standard specifies the requirements for the translation service provider (TSP) with regard to human and technical resources, quality and project management, the contractual framework, and service procedures.
This standard does not apply to interpreting services.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an den Übersetzungsdienstleister (TSP, Translation Service Provider) hinsichtlich personeller und technischer Ressourcen, Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement, vertraglicher Rahmenbedingungen und Verfahren zur Erbringung der Dienstleistung fest.
Die Norm ist nicht auf Dolmetschen anwendbar.
