Geometrical product specifications (GPS) - Dimensional tolerancing - Part 2: Dimensions other than linear sizes (ISO 14405-2:2011)
ISO 14405-2:2011 illustrates the use of geometrical tolerancing for dimensions that are not linear sizes to avoid the ambiguity that the use of ± tolerances on these dimensions causes. Both linear and angular dimensions, except size of features of size, are covered.
Dimensional tolerancing can be indicated by ± tolerancing or geometrical tolerancing.
The ambiguity caused by using ± tolerances for dimensions other than linear sizes is explained in an informative annex.

Dieser Teil von ISO 14405 veranschaulicht die Verwendung der geometrischen Tolerierung für Maße, welche keine linearen Maße sind, um die Mehrdeutigkeit zu vermeiden, welche die Verwendung von Plus Minus Toleranzen bei diesen Maßen verursacht. Sowohl lineare Maße, als auch Winkelmaße, mit Aus-nahme von Abmaßen von Maßelementen, werden abgedeckt.
Die dimensionelle Tolerierung kann als Plus Minus Tolerierung oder als geometrische Tolerierung in die Zeichnung eingetragen werden.
Die durch die Verwendung der Plus Minus Tolerierung für andere als lineare Maße (für Einzeltoleranzen und Allgemeintoleranzen nach z. B. ISO 2768 1 und ISO 8062 3) verursachte Mehrdeutigkeit ist in Anhang A erklärt.
ANMERKUNG 1 Die Abbildungen, welche in diesem Teil von ISO 14405 gezeigt sind, veranschaulichen lediglich den Text, und es ist nicht beabsichtigt, dass sie die tatsächliche Anwendung widerspiegeln. Infolgedessen sind die Abbildungen so vereinfacht worden, dass sie nur die wesentlichen Grundsätze wiedergeben.

L'ISO 14405-2:2011 illustre l'utilisation du tolérancement géométrique prenant en compte des dimensions qui ne sont pas des tailles linéaires pour éviter l'ambiguïté que l'utilisation des tolérances en ± produit sur ce type de dimensions. Les dimensions linéaires et angulaires, à l'exception de la taille des entités dimensionnelles, sont couvertes.
Le tolérancement dimensionnel peut être indiqué par un tolérancement en ± ou par un tolérancement géométrique.
L'ambiguïté causée par l'utilisation de tolérances en ± pour les dimensions autres que les tailles linéaires est expliquée dans une annexe informative.

This document (EN ISO 14405-2:2011) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 213 "Dimensional
and geometrical product specifications and verification" in collaboration with Technical Committee
CEN/TC 290 “Dimensional and geometrical product specification and verification” the secretariat of which is
held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by June 2012.
