Equipment for general lighting purposes - EMC immunity requirements
IEC 61547:2020 is available as IEC 61547:2020 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 61547:2020 which deals with electromagnetic immunity requirements, applies to lighting equipment which is within the scope of IEC technical committee 34, including apparatus such as lamps, luminaires, and modules. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition, published in 2009. This edition constitutes a technical revision This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - extension of scope with end-user replaceable modules and the combination of end-user replaceable module and independent auxiliary; - clarification of module testing in a host system; - increased ESD and surge test levels for road and street lighting equipment; - the introduction of ESD testing under normal operation and handling conditions; - removal of line to ground surge test for self-ballasted lamps ≤ 25 W.

IEC 61547:2020 est disponible sous forme de IEC 61547:2020 RLV qui contient la Norme internationale et sa version Redline, illustrant les modifications du contenu technique depuis l'édition précédente.L'IEC 61547:2020 qui traite des exigences d’immunité électromagnétique s’applique aux appareils d’éclairage relevant du domaine d’application du comité d’études 34 de l’IEC, tels que les lampes, les luminaires et les modules. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la deuxième édition parue en 2009. Cette édition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: - extension du domaine d’application des modules remplaçables par l'utilisateur final et de la combinaison d’un module remplaçable par l’utilisateur final et d’un accessoire indépendant; - clarification de l’essai du module dans un système hôte; - augmentation des niveaux d’essai des décharges électrostatiques et d’ondes de choc des appareils d’éclairage public; - introduction d’un essai de décharge électrostatique dans des conditions normales de fonctionnement et des conditions de manutention; - retrait de l’essai d’ondes de choc entre phase et terre pour les lampes à ballast intégré ≤ 25 W.
Oprema za splošno razsvetljavo - Zahteve za odpornost proti EMC (IEC 61547:2020)
Ta del standarda IEC 61547, ki obravnava zahteve za elektromagnetno odpornost, se uporablja za
opremo za osvetljevanje, ki spada v okvir tehničnega odbora IEC 34, vključno z
napravami, kot so sijalke, svetilke in moduli.
Ta dokument ne zajema:
– komponent oziroma modulov, ki so namenjeni za vgradnjo v opremo za osvetlitev in jih
končni uporabnik ne more zamenjati;
– opreme, za katero so zahteve glede elektromagnetne združljivosti v radiofrekvenčnem
območju izrecno opredeljene v drugih standardih za odpornost izdelkov, tudi če
vključujejo vgrajeno funkcijo osvetlitve.
OPOMBA: Primeri izključitev so:
– oprema z vgrajenimi napravami za osvetljevanje za prikaz osvetlitve ozadja, postopno osvetlitev in signalizacijo;
– zasloni SSL;
– kuhinjske nape, hladilniki, zamrzovalniki;
– fotokopirni stroji, projektorji;
– elektronska stikala za fiksne napeljave;
– oprema za razsvetljavo za cestna vozila (v okviru standarda CISPR 12);
– oprema za razsvetljavo za letala in letališke objekte.
Vendar pa pri večfunkcijski opremi, kjer funkcija osvetlitve deluje neodvisno od
drugih funkcij, zahteve glede elektromagnetne odpornosti iz tega dokumenta se uporabljajo samo za
funkcijo osvetlitve.
Oprema za osvetlitev s funkcijo brezžičnega krmiljenja prav tako spada na področje uporabe tega dokumenta.
Vendar je preskus omejen zgolj na krmiljenje funkcije osvetlitve. Radijske lastnosti,
kot je stabilnost frekvence ali neželene emisije, niso ocenjene.
PRIMER: Upravljanje barv/stopnje osvetljenosti prek brezžičnega vmesnika morajo po preskusu odpornosti ostati nespremenjene.
Na področje uporabe tega dokumenta je zajeta tudi oprema za osvetlitev, ki je vmesniško povezana s sistemi
ali napeljavami drugih običajnih električnih omrežij.
Zahteve tega dokumenta temeljijo na zahtevah za gospodinjska, komercialna
in lahka industrijska okolja, kot je navedeno v standardu IEC 61000-6-1:2016, vendar spremenjene na prakso
osvetlitvene tehnike.
Pričakuje se, da oprema za osvetlitev, ki je skladna z zahtevami tega dokumenta,
zadovoljivo deluje v drugih okoljih. V posebnih primerih je mogoče izvesti ukrepe
za zagotavljanje večje stopnje odpornosti. Ta dokument ne obravnava vseh teh
možnosti. Tovrstne zahteve je mogoče določiti s pogodbenim dogovorom med
dobaviteljem in kupcem.
