Gypsum based adhesives for thermal/acoustic insulation composite panels and gypsum boards - Definitions, requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performances of gypsum based adhesives which are composed of gypsum plasters defined in EN 13279-1 and of additives. These adhesives are used for fixing to walls and partitions, gypsum board thermal/acoustic insulation composite panels according to EN 13950, gypsum plasterboard linings according to EN 520, gypsum boards with mat reinforcement according to EN 15283-1, gypsum fibre boards according to EN 15283-2 and other suitable products as reprocessed boards according to EN 14190 and cornices according to EN 14209. They assist in the construction of systems which provide thermal and acoustic performance.
It covers the following performance characteristics: reaction to fire, fire resistance and bond strength to be measured according to the corresponding European test methods.
It provides the assessment and verification of constancy of performance of the products.
This standard covers also additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and acceptance of the product by the construction Industry and the reference tests for these characteristics.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften und Leistung von Klebern auf Gipsbasis, die aus Gips-Trockenmörteln nach EN 13279-1 und Zusatzmitteln bestehen, fest. Diese Kleber dienen zur Befestigung von Gips-Verbundplatten zur Wärme- und Schalldämmung nach EN 13950, von Bekleidungen aus Gipsplatten nach EN 520, Gipsplatten mit Vliesarmierung nach EN 15283-1, faserverstärkten Gipsplatten nach EN 15238-2 und von anderen geeigneten Produkten, wie Platten aus der Weiterverarbeitung nach EN 14190 und Hohlkehlleisten nach EN 14209, an Wänden und Trennwänden. Sie werden in Systemen für die Wärme- und Schalldämmung eingesetzt.
Sie behandelt die Leistungsmerkmale Brandverhalten, Feuerwiderstand und Haftfestigkeit, die nach den entsprechenden europäischen Prüfverfahren zu bestimmen sind.
Sie enthält Festlegungen zur Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit der Produkte.
Diese Norm behandelt darüber hinaus zusätzliche technische Eigenschaften, die für die Anwendung und Akzeptanz des Produkts durch die Bauwirtschaft von Bedeutung sind, und enthält die Referenzprüfverfahren für diese Eigenschaften.

La présente Norme européenne définit les caractéristiques et les performances des adhésifs à base de plâtre qui sont constitués de plâtres tels que définis par l’EN 13279 1 et d’additifs. Ces adhésifs sont destinés au collage sur les murs et sur les cloisons de complexes d’isolation thermique/acoustique en plaques de plâtre et isolant selon l’EN 13950, de plaques de plâtre selon l’EN 520, de plaques de plâtre armées d’un tissu selon l’EN 15283 1, de plaques de plâtre fibrées selon l’EN 15283 2 et d’autres produits appropriés, comme les produits de transformation secondaire de plaques de plâtre selon l’EN 14190 et les corniches selon l’EN 14209. Ils participent à la construction de systèmes assurant des performances thermiques et acoustiques.
Elle couvre les caractéristiques de performance suivantes : la réaction au feu, la résistance au feu et l’adhérence qui doivent être mesurées selon les méthodes d’essai européennes correspondantes.
Elle spécifie l'évaluation et la vérification de la constance des performances des produits.
La présente Norme européenne traite également des caractéristiques techniques supplémentaires qui revêtent une importance vis-à-vis de l’utilisation et de la réception du produit par l’industrie du bâtiment ainsi que des essais de références pour ces caractéristiques.

Ta evropski standard določa lastnosti in zmogljivosti lepil na osnovi mavca, ki so sestavljena iz ometov iz mavca, opredeljenih v standardu EN 13279 1, in aditivov.
