Plastics - Acquisition and presentation of comparable multipoint data - Part 1: Mechanical properties (ISO 11403-1:2014)

ISO 11403-1:2014 specifies test procedures for the acquisition and presentation of multipoint data on the following mechanical properties of plastics:
dynamic modulus;
tensile properties at constant test speed;
ultimate stress and strain;
tensile stress-strain curves;
tensile creep;
Charpy impact strength;
puncture impact behaviour.

Kunststoffe - Ermittlung und Darstellung von vergleichbaren Vielpunkt-Kennwerten - Teil 1: Mechanische Eigenschaften (ISO 11403-1:2014)

Dieser Teil der ISO 11403 legt Prüfverfahren für die Ermittlung und Darstellung von Vielpunkt-Kennwerten für folgende mechanische Eigenschaften von Kunststoffen fest:
- Dynamischer Modul
- Zugeigenschaften bei konstanter Prüfgeschwindigkeit
- Grenzspannung und -dehnung
- Spannungs-Dehnungs-Diagramme
- Kriechverhalten unter Zugbeanspruchung
- Charpy-Schlagzähigkeit
- Durchstoßverhalten
Die Prüfverfahren und Prüfbedingungen treffen vorwiegend auf solche Kunststoffe zu, die durch Spritzgießen oder Formpressen oder als Platten mit vorgegebener Dicke hergestellt werden, aus denen sich Probekörper der erforderlichen Größe fertigen lassen.

L'ISO 11403-1:2014 spécifie des modes opératoires d'essai en vue de l'acquisition et de la présentation de données multiples relatives aux propriétés mécaniques suivantes des plastiques:
module dynamique;
propriétés en traction avec vitesse d'essai constante;
contrainte et déformation ultimes;
courbes contrainte-déformation en traction;
fluage en traction;
résistance au choc Charpy;
résistance au choc par perforation.

Polimerni materiali - Pridobitev in predstavitev primerljivih podatkov, dobljenih pri različnih pogojih - 1. del: Mehanske lastnosti (ISO 11403-1:2014)

Standard EN ISO 11403-1 določa preskusne postopke za pridobitev in predstavitev podatkov, dobljenih pri različnih pogojih, o naslednjih mehanskih lastnostih polimernih materialov: - dinamični modul; - natezne lastnosti pri stalni preskusni hitrosti; - skrajna obremenitev in napetost; - krivulje napetosti in obremenitve; - lezenje pri natezni obremenitvi; - udarna žilavost po Charpyju; - vedenje glede na udarno odpornost. Preskusne metode in preskusni pogoji se zlasti uporabljajo za tiste polimerne materiale, ki jih je mogoče oblikovati z vbrizgavanjem ali s stiskanjem ali pripraviti v obliki trakov določene debeline, iz katerih je mogoče izdelati vzorce ustrezne velikosti.

This document (EN ISO 11403-1:2014) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 “Plastics” in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 “Plastics” the secretariat of which is held by NBN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2014, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by December 2014.
