This document specifies a method for the determination of the temperatures and enthalpies of melting and crystallization of crystalline or partially crystalline plastics using conventional DSC as specified in ISO 11357-1.
This document is not applicable to fast DSC as specified in ISO 23976.

The present document specifies the general aspects of HI2 and HI3 interfaces for handover via IP based networks. The present document:
• specifies the modular approach used for specifying IP based handover interfaces;
• specifies the header(s) to be added to IRI and CC sent over the HI2 and HI3 interfaces respectively;
• specifies protocols for the transfer of IRI and CC across the handover interfaces;
• specifies protocol profiles for the handover interface.
The present document is designed to be used where appropriate in conjunction with other deliverables that define the service-specific IRI data formats (including ETSI TS 102 227 [i.1], ETSI TS 101 909-20-1 [33], ETSI TS 101 909-20-2 [34], ETSI TS 102 232-2 [5], ETSI TS 102 232-3 [6], ETSI TS 102 232-4 [32], ETSI TS 102 232-5 [37], ETSI TS 102 232-6 [36] and ETSI TS 102 232-7 [38]). Where possible, the present document aligns with 3GPP TS 33.108 [9] and ETSI TS 101 671 [4] and supports the requirements and capabilities defined in ETSI TS 101 331 [i.9] and ETSI TR 101 944 [i.4]. For the handover of intercepted data within GSM/UMTS PS and CS domains, the present document does not override or supersede any specifications or requirements in 3GPP TS 33.108 [9] and ETSI TS 101 671 [4]. For the handover of services defined in 3GPP TS 33.128 [46], in the event of conflict between the present document and 3GPP TS 33.128 [46], the terms of 3GPP TS 33.128 [46] apply.

Within the context of training data for Earth Observation (EO) Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AI/ML), this document specifies a conceptual model that:
—     establishes a UML model with a target of maximizing the interoperability and usability of EO imagery training data;
—     specifies different AI/ML tasks and labels in EO in terms of supervised learning, including scene level, object level and pixel level tasks;
—     describes the permanent identifier, version, licence, training data size, measurement or imagery used for annotation;
—     specifies a description of quality (e.g. training data errors, training data representativeness, quality measures) and provenance (e.g. agents who perform the labelling, labelling procedure).

This document defines a layer model that covers the entire stack of universal gate-based quantum computers. The group of lower-level (hardware) layers are organized in different hardware stacks tailored to different hardware architectures, while the group of higher-level (software) layers are built on top of these and expected to be common for all quantum computing systems. The higher-up in the stack, the more agnostic it will be from underlying layers. Reducing the dependencies between higher and lower layers is a crucial point for optimized quantum computations. A co-requisite point is to allow for a free but well-defined flow of information up and down the higher and lower layers to allow for co-designing hardware and software.
The scope of this Technical Report is restricted to a universal gate-based quantum-computing model, also known as a digital or circuit quantum-computing model, on multiple physical systems such as transmon, spin-qubit, ion-trap, neutral-atom, and others. This document does not apply to technologies like the universal adiabatic quantum-computing model and its heuristic form quantum annealing, if they do not correspond to a gate-based quantum circuit. Due to major architecture differences in lower layers, it does not apply either to the universal photonic one-way quantum computing model even though it is fully compatible with gate-based quantum-computing model. Moreover, quantum computing models that are not universal, such as quantum simulators and special purposes, are also out of scope.
Limiting the scope to a universal gate-based quantum computing model is justified by expected commonalities at the higher layers, mainly above the hardware abstraction layer (HAL), up to the service layer. These commonalities imply a market for software products usable for this wide range of quantum computing technologies.
The present Technical Report is focussed on a high-level (functional) description of the layers involved. Additional details of the individual layers are reserved for other future CEN/CLC/TRs.

This document specifies requirements and provides recommendations for reporting of forensic work.
This document is applicable to the reporting of forensic work performed at a scene and within a facility. The requirements facilitate the preparation and issuing of reports that are accurate, clear, transparent, complete, unambiguous, impartial and suitable for their intended use.
This document also includes requirements relating to the review of case records and reports, the issuance and control of reports, and requirements related to testimony.

This document analyses a feasible way to accommodate interoperability elements for the data component of a spatial data infrastructure (SDI) and extend the meta model framework for interoperability (MFI) in securing interoperability among heterogeneous domain information models under the smart city context.
This document:
a)       outlines the interoperability issues for city domain information models;
b)       reviews relevant standards and best practices and examines methodologies or solutions to tackle the interoperability issues;
c)        supposes a use case and provides an example to secure interoperability among different domain information models using model registry;

This document defines requirements with regards to safety for the intended performance, design attributes, preclinical and clinical evaluation, sterilization, product packaging, product labelling, and the information supplied by the manufacturer.
This document applies to ophthalmic irrigating solutions (OIS), used during ophthalmic surgery. These solutions do not provide any primary immunological, pharmacological, or metabolic function.

This document specifies the requirements for sterilized, single-use, gravity feed infusion sets, used together with the volumetric infusion controllers of IEC 60601-2-24.

The present document defines a dictionary of parameters that are commonly used in multiple TC LI specifications. Aside from defining a dictionary, the present document aims to provide technical means for other specifications to use. It is encouraged to use the present document in the development of new specifications. It is foreseen that regular maintenance of the present document is required. As such, release management requirements will be defined. Before accepting any new common parameter, the present document will provide a set of requirements the parameter has to comply to in order to become a common parameter.

This document specifies the requirements for the dimensions of various endodontic obturating materials and the radiopacity for polymeric points, polymeric-coated thermoplastic obturating carriers, non-point-shaped thermoplastic obturating material, or combinations of the above used for obturation of a root canal system. It also specifies numerical and colour-coding systems for designating the sizes of preformed endodontic obturating points, a method for determining the melt mass-flow rate for injection material, and the requirements for marking, labelling, packaging and the instructions for use.
Dental endodontic obturating points are marketed as sterilized or non-sterilized. Sterility is not included in this document. Any claim that the product is sterile is the manufacturer's responsibility (see Table 3). This document does not apply to instruments or apparatus used with obturating materials that become plastic with heat or materials supporting a coronal restoration.
Clause 7 specifies marking, labelling and packaging, including the instructions for use. This document does not specify requirements or test methods for sterility. Reference to applicable national regulations, internationally accepted pharmacopoeia and standards for validating sterilization processes can apply.

This document specifies a method for the determination of reaction temperatures and times, enthalpies of reaction, and degrees of conversion using conventional differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) as specified in ISO 11357-1.
The method applies to monomers, prepolymers, and polymers in the solid or liquid state. The material can contain fillers and/or initiators in the solid or liquid state.
This document is not applicable to fast DSC as specified in ISO 23976.[1]

This document specifies requirements and test methods for acid-base, dental cements intended for permanent cementation, lining and restoration. This document is not intended to address resin-modified water-based cements. This document is applicable to both hand-mixed and encapsulated cements for mechanical mixing. This document specifies limits for each of the properties according to whether the cement is intended for use as a luting agent, base or liner, restorative material or pit and fissure sealing cement.

The present document contains a stage 1 description of the interception information in relation to the process of binding a "target identity" to an IP address when providing Internet access and a stage 2 description of when Intercept Related Information (IRI) and Content of Communication (CC) need to be sent, and what information it needs to contain. The present document includes but is not restricted to IRI based on application of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) technology for binding a "target identity" to an IP address and CC for the intercepted IP packets. The definition of the Handover Interface 2 (HI2) and Handover Interface 3 (HI3) is outside the scope of the present document. For the handover interface is referred to ETSI TS 102 232-1 [2].

This document specifies a method for the determination of the flat crush resistance of corrugated fibreboard used in the manufacture of shipping containers.
This document is applicable to single-faced and single-wall (double-faced) corrugated fibreboard.

IEC 62488-1:2025 applies to the planning of analogue (APLC), digital (DPLC) and hybrid analogue-digital (ADPLC) power line carrier communication systems operating over HV electric power networks. The object of this document is to establish the planning of the services and performance parameters for the operational requirements to transmit and receive data efficiently and reliably.
Such analogue and digital power line carrier systems are used by the different electricity supply industries and integrated into their communication infrastructure using common communication technologies such as radio links, fibre optic and satellite networks
This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2012. This edition constitutes a technical revision.
This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:
a) Complete revision of this edition with respect to the previous edition with the main focus on planning of analogue and digital power line carrier systems operating over HV power networks;
b) A general structure of a bidirectional point-to-multipoint APLC, DPLC or ADPLC link has been introduced;

This document specifies an atmospheric accelerated test procedure in two closely related variants that contain intermittent salt exposure combined with dynamic humidity patterns: variant A at constant dew point and variant B at constant temperature. These variants are used in assessing the corrosion resistance of metals in environments where there is a significant influence of chloride ions, mainly as sodium chloride from, for example, winter road de-icing salt. The results obtained do not permit far-reaching conclusions on the corrosion resistance of the tested metallic material under the whole range of environmental conditions in which it can be used. Nevertheless, the method provides information on the relative corrosion resistance of a material exposed to a salt-contaminated environment with varying humidity conditions.
The two accelerated laboratory corrosion test variants are applicable to:
—     metals and their alloys (ferrous and non-ferrous);
—     metallic coatings;
—     chemical conversion coatings;
—     organic coating on metals;
—     a combination of materials and coatings that include galvanic interactions and/or crevice conditions.
NOTE 1        If testing low-alloy stainless steels according to this document, especially austenitic grades, there is a risk of exaggerated pitting, which is not representative of most service environments.
NOTE 2        This document is not suitable for testing of wax and oil-based rust protection agents, due to the constantly elevated temperature condition of the test.
This document also specifies requirements on the test equipment and contains detailed procedures for quality control, including recommended instrumentation.
This document does not specify the dimensions of the tests specimens, the exposure period to be used for a particular product, or the interpretation of the results. Such details are provided in the appropriate product specifications.

This document specifies test methods applicable to prestressing steel (bar, wire or strand) for concrete.
This document does not cover the sampling conditions that are dealt with in the product standards.

The present document specifies Lawful Interception for an Access Provider that has access to layer 2 session information and that is not required to have layer 3 information. In this case, the focus of Lawful Interception (LI) for IP Network Access is on the portion of the network, commonly referred to as "layer 2 interception", that facilitates subscriber access to the Public IP network. The present document describes the LI at the interception domain of the access network. The present document contains:
• a stage 1 description of the Lawful Interception service;
• a stage 2 description of the information flows between the functional entities (including the information elements involved) and triggering events; and
• a stage 3 description of the protocol and procedures to be used in mapping from stage 2 information flows and elements to Intercept Related Information (IRI) and Content of Communication (CC). The present document is consistent with the definition of the Handover Interface, as described in ETSI TS 102 232-1 [2].

This document:
—     defines a reference land administration domain model (LADM) covering basic information-related components of land registration (including elements above and below the surface of the Earth);
—     provides an abstract, conceptual model with three packages and one sub-package related to:
—    parties (people and organizations);
—    basic administrative units, rights, responsibilities and restrictions (RRRs);
—    spatial units (parcels, and the legal space of buildings and utility networks and other geometry) with a sub-package on surveying and spatial representation (geometry and topology);
—     provides terminology for land administration (LA), based on various national and international systems, that is as simple as possible in order to be useful in practice. The terminology allows a shared description of different formal or informal practices and procedures in various jurisdictions;
—     provides a platform for comparison and monitoring that is based on indicators;
—     provides a basis for national and regional profiles; and
—     enables the combination of land administration information from different sources in a coherent manner.
The following is outside the scope of this document:
—     interference with (national) land administration laws with potentially legal implications; and
—     construction of external databases with party data, address data, land cover data, physical utility network data, archive data and taxation data. However, the LADM provides stereotype classes for these data sets to indicate which data set elements the LADM expects from these external sources, if available.

IEC 63380-2:2025 defines the secure information exchange between local energy management systems and electric vehicle charging stations. The local energy management systems communicate to the charging station controllers via the resource manager. This document specifies methods for determining the fastness of the surface of leather to hydroalcoholic mixtures.

The scope of this document is to present the information gathered from the national standardisation bodies regarding area and space measurement standards and local rules. This document also identifies the potential liaisons and stakeholders in addition to complementary standards to support the review of EN 15221-6:2011 Facility Management. This document specifies a method for measuring workers’ exposure to noise in a working environment and calculating the noise exposure level. This document deals with A-weighted levels but is applicable also to C-weighted levels. Three different strategies for measurement are specified. The method is applicable for detailed noise exposure studies or epidemiological studies of hearing damage or other adverse effects.
The measuring process requires observation and analysis of the noise exposure conditions so that the quality of the measurements can be controlled. This document provides methods for estimating the uncertainty of the results.
This document is not intended for assessment of masking of oral communication or assessment of infrasound, ultrasound and non-auditory effects of noise. It does not apply to the measurement of the noise exposure of the ear when hearing protectors are worn.
Results of the measurements performed in accordance with this document can provide useful information when defining priorities for noise control measures.

This document provides a reference list of functions that may be present in an Electronic Health Record System (EHR-S). The function list is described from a user perspective with the intent to enable consistent expression of system functionality. The purpose is to assess property changes produced after specified stages of such exposures.
General guidance concerning the scope of the ISO 877 series[1] is given in ISO 877-1.

This document specifies the CM method for determining the moisture content of cementitious screed, calcium sulphate screed and magnesite screed made according to EN 13813.

This document specifies a method for determining the dimensional stability (i.e. the shrinkage and swelling) of cementitious screed, calcium sulphate screed, magnesite screed and synthetic resin screed materials made in accordance with EN 13892-1.

This document specifies computational methods for determining the acoustical source level of projectile sound and its one-third octave band spectrum, expressed as the sound exposure level for nominal mid-band frequencies from 12,5 Hz to 10 kHz. It also specifies a method on how to use this source level to calculate the sound exposure level at a receiver position.
Results obtained with this document can be used as a basis for assessment of projectile sound from shooting ranges. Additionally, the data can be used to determine sound emission or immission from different types of ammunition and weapons. The prediction methods are applicable to outdoor conditions and straight projectile trajectories. Two computational methods are given to determine the acoustical source level: one for streamlined projectile shapes and one for non-streamlined shapes, such as pellets.
