The OpRa scope is the definition of a minimum set of Public Transport raw data needed to enable PT quantitative analysis.
OpRa does not go into the domain of service quality measurement and reporting: service quality analysis will use data provided by OpRa, but quality definition remains a contractual level issue between a Public Transport Authority and a Public Transport Operator or an operator’s internal choice for a purely private service. OpRa reports unbiased actual data (i.e. measured or observed), described and aggregated in a shared and understandable way.
OpRa focuses mainly on observed/measured and registered information, i.e. information which cannot be changed anymore in the future. This information is mainly an output of the domain “operations monitoring & control" as defined by Transmodel.
Based on the actual service, including delays and cancelled vehicle journeys, etc., OpRa considers the recorded reality of operation, either through individual observed and registered data at a given sampling interval (raw data) or in an aggregate way (indicators) and provides the data exchange format.
The approach documented in detail in this document is coherent with EU Directive 2010/40. It relates to the Article 4 of the Delegated Regulation EU 2017/1926 [16], as regards the historic data. OpRa proposes to complement NeTEx (dedicated to the static scheduled information), for the historic data, based on the underlying conceptual data reference model Transmodel EN 12896, similarly to the requirement of the Delegated Regulation EU 2017/1926 referring to the static scheduled information2.

The present document is aimed at defining the topology and level of analysis to assess the energy efficiency of mobile networks. Within the scope of the present document there is also the focus on the most energy consuming part, which is the radio access part of the mobile networks, and namely there are radio base stations, backhauling systems, radio controllers and other infrastructure radio site equipment. The covered technologies are GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G New Radio (NR). In particular the present document defines metrics for mobile network energy efficiency and methods for assessing (and measuring) energy efficiency in operational networks. The purpose of the present document is to allow better comprehension of networks energy efficiency, in particular considering the networks' evolution in different periods in time. Aiming to consider also the slicing approach of the networks from 5G onwards the metrics are extended to the latency of the network itself related to the energy consumed, additionally to the metrics based on traffic and on coverage, already existing for legacy networks and still valid. The present document deals with both a homogeneous and heterogeneous "network" considering a network whose size and scale could be defined by topologic, geographic or demographic boundaries. For networks defined by topologic boundaries, a possible example of a network covered by the present document consists of a control node (whenever applicable), its supported access nodes as well as the related network elements. Networks could be defined by geographic boundaries, such as city-wide, national or continental networks and could be defined by demographic boundaries, such as urban or rural networks. The present document applies to the so-called "partial" networks for which a measurement method is also recommended. The present document extends the measurements in partial networks to wider so-called "total" networks energy efficiency estimations (i.e. the network in a geographic area, the network in a whole country, the network of a MNO, etc.). Terminal (end-user) equipment is outside the scope of the present document and is not considered in the energy efficiency measurement.

This part of IEC 60909 is applicable to the calculation of short-circuit currents
– in low-voltage three-phase AC systems,
– in high-voltage three-phase AC systems, and
– operating at a nominal frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
Systems at highest voltages of 550 kV and above with long transmission lines are outside the scope of this document.
This document establishes a general, practicable and concise procedure leading to results which are generally of acceptable accuracy. For this calculation method, an equivalent voltage source at the short-circuit location is introduced. This does not exclude the use of special methods, for example the superposition method, adjusted to particular circumstances, if they give at least the same precision. The superposition method gives the short-circuit current related to the one load flow presupposed. This method, therefore, does not necessarily lead to the maximum respective minimum short-circuit current.
This document deals with the calculation of short-circuit currents in the case of balanced or unbalanced short circuits.
A single line-to-earth fault occurring in networks with isolated or resonant earthing of the neutral point is beyond the scope of this document.
For currents during two separate simultaneous single-phase line-to-earth short circuits in an isolated neutral system or a resonance earthed neutral system, see IEC 60909-3.
Short-circuit currents and short-circuit impedances can also be determined by system tests, by measurement on a network analyser, or numerical simulations with electromagnetic programs.
In existing low-voltage systems, it is possible to determine the short-circuit impedance on the basis of measurements at the location of the prospective short circuit considered.
The calculation of the short-circuit impedance is in general based on the rated data of the electrical equipment and the topological arrangement of the system and has the advantage of being possible both for existing systems and for systems at the planning stage.
In general, two types of short-circuit currents, which differ in their magnitude, are considered:
– maximum short-circuit current which determines the capacity or rating of electrical equipment;
– minimum short-circuit current which can be a basis, for example, for the selection of fuses, for the setting of protective devices, and for checking the run-up of motors.
NOTE The current in a three-phase short circuit is assumed to be made simultaneously in all poles. Investigations of non-simultaneous short circuits, which can lead to higher aperiodic components of short-circuit currents, are beyond the scope of this document.
This document does not cover short-circuit currents deliberately created under controlled conditions (short-circuit testing stations).
This document does not deal with the calculation of short-circuit currents in installations on board ships and aeroplanes.
This document does not distinguish between grid-forming and grid-following converters for the calculation of short-circuit currents.

IEC/IEEE 60880:2026 provides requirements for the software of computer-based systems of nuclear power plants performing functions of safety category A as defined by IEC 61226. As an IEC/IEEE standard developed according to the Dual Logo Agreement, when used within the context of IEEE, this document is considered to provide an acceptable set of requirements for achieving the quality and dependability objectives for the software used in IEEE Class 1E safety systems, subsystems and components.
According to the definition in IEC 61513, I&C systems of safety class 1 are intended to support category A functions, but can also support functions of lower categories. However the system requirements are always determined by the functions of the highest category implemented.
For software of I&C system performing only category B and C functions in NPP as defined by IEC 61226, the requirements and guidance of IEC 62138 are applicable.
This document provides requirements for the purpose of achieving highly dependable software. It addresses each stage of software generation and documentation, including requirements specification, design, implementation, verification and validation testing.
This is the first edition developed according to the IEC/IEEE Dual Logo Agreement. This edition cancels and replaces the second IEC edition published in 2006. It constitutes a technical revision.
The revision of the standard is intended to accomplish the following:
- To take into account the fact that software engineering techniques advanced significantly in the intervening years.
- To align the standard with the new IAEA document SSG-39.
- To align as far as possible the definitions in the standard with the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA Nuclear Safety and Security Glossary, 2022 (Interim) Edition, IAEA, Vienna (2022).
- To adapt the requirements associated with standards published or revised since the second edition of IEC 60880, especially IEC 61513, IEC 61226, IEC 62138, IEC 60987, IEC 62340, IEC 62645 and IEC 62671.
- To review the existing requirements.

This document specifies the general requirements for evaluating the vibration of various coupled industrial machine types with operating speeds between 120 r/min and 30 000 r/min when measurements are made in-situ. This document gives guidelines for applying evaluation criteria for measurements taken on non-rotating and rotating parts under normal operating conditions. The guidelines are presented in terms of both steady running vibration values and in terms of changes to vibration values which can occur in these steady values. This document is applicable to these machine types: steam turbines and generators with outputs ≤40 MW; steam turbines and generators with output power >40 MW and operating speeds other than 1 500 r/min, 1 800 r/min, 3 000 r/min or 3 600 r/min (although generators seldom fall into this category); rotary compressors; industrial gas turbines with output power ≤3 MW; turbofans; electric motors of any type, if the coupling is flexible. When a motor is rigidly coupled to a machine type covered by any other part of the ISO 20816 series, see also that other part; rolls and mills; conveyors; blowers or fans with a rated power greater than 300 kW or which are not flexibly supported, see also ISO 14694. This document is applicable to machines including a gear unit. ISO 20816-9 contains information for special acceptance tests related to gear units. This document is applicable to in-situ broad-band vibration measurements taken on the shafts, bearings, bearing pedestals or housings of machines close to bearings under steady-state operating conditions within their operating speed range. The requirements relate to both acceptance tests and operational monitoring. The evaluation criteria apply to both continuous and non-continuous monitoring. This document is applicable to machines which have gears or rolling bearings but does not address the diagnostic evaluation of the condition of those gears or bearings. This document is applicable only for the vibration produced by the machine set itself and not for vibration that is transmitted to the machine set from external sources.

This document establishes general principles for the measurement and evaluation of vibration using measurements made on rotating or non-rotating parts of complete machines. It is applicable to vibration measurements on non-rotating parts and to both absolute and relative radial shaft vibration with regard to the monitoring of radial clearances, but does not apply to axial shaft vibration, unless otherwise stated. The evaluation criteria, which are presented in terms of both vibration magnitude and change in vibration, relate to both operational monitoring and acceptance tests. They have been provided primarily with regard to securing reliable, safe, long-term operation of the machine while minimizing any adverse effects on associated equipment. This document also gives guidance on setting operating limits. NOTE 1 The evaluation criteria for different machine types are included in other parts of the ISO 10816 series and the ISO 20816 series. NOTE 2 The term “shaft vibration” is used throughout the ISO 10816 series and the ISO 20816 series because, in most cases, vibration measurements are made on machine shafts. However, the ISO 10816 series and the ISO 20816 series are also applicable to measurements made on other rotating elements of the machine if such elements are found or known to be more suitable, provided that the guidelines set in this document are met. The evaluation criteria are only applicable to the vibration produced by the machine itself and not the vibration transmitted to it from outside. This document does not apply to torsional vibration. NOTE 3 For information regarding the evaluation of torsional vibration, see e.g. ISO 3046-5, ISO 22266-1 or VDI 2039.

This document describes a ECMA 404:2017 JSON implementation of ISO 19115-1 and ISO 19157-1 as a proof of concept. The resulting JSON encoding is not a formal json specification but is intended to proof the feasibilty of the approach taken and the implicated encoding principles. The document provides a set of JSON schema files which define a JSON encoding of the concepts defined by conceptual schemas in ISO 19115-1 and ISO 19157-1. The JSON representation is scoped to exchange via HTTP. In this document, only a subset of the content of both ISO 19115-1 and ISO 19157-1 is included, in order to simplify the process of defining the resulting JSON schema. For the same reason, ISO 19115-2:2019 is currently not included. The subset is chosen to be a core operational set of both ISO 19115- and ISO 19157-1. This document describes the procedure used to generate JSON schema from ISO geographic information conceptual models related to metadata. The procedure includes creation of an UML implementation model for JSON implementation derived from the ISO 19115-1 and ISO 19157-1 conceptual schemas.
